HEARTH & HOME INSPECTION SVC

He was early then scheduled appointment time and started outside inspection before we arrived at the house. Which I did not like as I would like to learn/know what he is doing. This was the time to know best about the house and I missed that chance. I also felt he was in a rush and I had to ask questions and run up and down like crazy to follow him instead of walk through and self explanation. Most of the times my questions forced him to check something or explain something which he would have skipped. I also did not like that he did not made any notes and just few pictures. Most of the times his answer was there is a problem and its may be or could be because of this or that. I would have expected some clear answers and some effort to find the problem. We made sure that he has 3+ hours to do the inspection and he initially said he would need 2.5 to 3 hours but he was done in less than 2. More than three times I found issues when he was done inspecting an area and then he said ohoo that's an issue. He also told us on phone that he will go on the roof if weather is good. We intentionally choose a day with clear skies and no snow with plus 40 temp. He just used binoculars and said roof inspection is done. Inspection is very important part of home buying and I regret having him to do that as it did not help us at all and I ended up ordering another inspection for 2nd opinion.
