Having lost my husband suddenly and early a couple of years ago, I was in a terrible situation for an assessment and repair. They responded quickly, with guidance and compassion, efficiency and help. They came out on the Sunday that I filled out the request and fixed it that same day. They were conscientious, quick and efficient.

My roof looks great and the price was fair, and Gary is a nice guy. But ... the company did NOT pull a permit, so of course the County jumped all over me. They left a lot of debris and nails from the old roof in my gutters. They ran out of supplies so it took them three (3) days to do a job that should have taken them two (2). The owner still has not come out to fix the chalking, that is two (2) different colors in the front of the house, and now I have a run-off issue when it rains. The water does not make the gutter, it just runs off the roof onto my driveway! I have contacted the company and was told they would be out, but no one has shown up.

This company was fair, timely, and did great work! Exceeded my expectations by far, and I would definitely use them again!

They called me about 2 minutes after I asked them for a quote and this was at 11.30 PM! I made arrangements for them to come out the next day and assess the roof repair and give me a quote. He sent out one of his technicians and he gave me a quote of $286.00 after going on the roof and looking at where it was leaking into my house in two different places. I waited to give my advice about this company and since there have not been any more leaks after many rain storms I can recommend them for patching roof leaks. They also gave me a two year warranty on their work.

I had them come out and did some repairs. I called him several more times because they were supposed to give me another estimate on other work no response. I talk to the guy who did the work said please give me another estimate He said sure no response. Then it rained and my roof leaked again called them no response had to get the work done by someone else

My roof had started leaking inside my home and it was raining.Gary told me he would send some one out by 6pm . Matt got here , it was still raining, he told me how much it would be and that he would start on it right now. I was really shocked because it was still raining and cold. He went on my roof worked for about 2 hrs in the rain and cold. It was getting dark , he come to the door and says ,the work he has done should stop the leak , but he wants to come back tomorrow to finish up. I was going to pay him then ,but he wanted to wait till when he came back. Well he came back finished up . and at a very reasonable price I was more than pleased with the job and professinalism. I really like the job they did. I did not like the fact that there was no Communication for 2 weeks. I had to keep texting to get the job done. Don t get me wrong, once Matt got here the work was Top Notch. I would recommend Tri-County Roofing to Family and Friends.
