the awning is beautiful our deck is on the west side of our house and most days too hot to sit out. lighting is just right for sitting out at night with my wife and dog love it

We needed a retractable awning for our vacation home. After pricing them in the Traverse City area, we decided to call Marygrove. We have had a Marygrove awning on our primary home in Livonia for many years and have been very happy with it. We were very pleased to learn that Marygrove covers all of the state. An appointment was scheduled Up North, the salesman arrived as promised, he showed us all the features of the recent awnings, helped us pick the right fabric, size and frame color for our house and gave us the price. I was surprised! The cost was less than the local provider even though there were many more features, the fabric quality was better, and the installers came all the way up from Livonia. We were sold, sealed the deal, and had our awning installed on June 28, 2020. The installation was well done, the installers were pleasant to work with during the installation and they explained how to operate everything. We are extremely happy with our awning. We face due West and get an enormous amount of bright sunshine all summer. It is so hot and so glaring that we had been pulling the shades over the French doors from 1-8pm each day. We could not see the beautiful surroundings and the house was hot all the time; the a/c could barely keep up. As soon as the awning was installed, we were able to see through the doors to the outside! What a treat. The awning blocks the sun very well. We immediately noticed that the house was cooler and easier on the a/c unit, which no longer runs continuously. Are we satisfied? You bet! We now own two Marygrove awnings and are very happy that we do. I highly recommend them for their quality, price and friendly service. Finally, a shout out to our salesman, Peter, and Anthony, our advisor/problem solver throughout the ordering process. Both men were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All in all, a great experience. Take a look at Marygrove; you will not be disappointed.

Just a Fantastic Company. From the beginning making the appointment started a great experience with their phone etiquette. I was able to understand the person whom was also very polite Ryan the sales representative was a gentleman and very professional. He was right on time for the appointment and treated the moment with all the respect of covid rules. Ryan was able to answer every question we had about the awning and not pushy about the sale when my wife and I said we had to think about it. We called back the next day to order it and Ryan couldn't have made it any easier to purchase it over the phone with the few questions he had. Two weeks to custom make the awning and back to install it on the day promised two weeks earlier. The installers were remarkable and now enjoying it to the fullest and only sorry we didn't get it years ago. The awning is GREAT

We have been using our retractable awning for over a month and we are very satisfied with the product, the work, workers, and salesperson.

the awning is excellent. the installation Crew consisted of 2 men. they were friendly and professional. The only ding I give them is that we were led to believe that the power cord for the motor could be mounted on the left side of the awning. However, the power cord is very long so there are plenty of options.

Product is great. They did, however, have the wrong color mounting facings (not sure what they are really called. But this may have been a misunderstanding since I changed up the color of my siding after the salesperson was at the house. But I thought I had mentioned this. Other than that, I am very satisfied.

Dave, the salesperson, was not factual in his representation. Many features he mentioned were not part of the package. Good salesman but does not represent his company very well.

The awning looks as expected and installation was good, they couldn t get the lights to work the first time so they came back the next day and replaced the motor so everything works now. Still waiting for electrician to come and install the electrical outlet. It s been 2 weeks and still no electrician, I called twice and they say they will send someone out but still don t have a date yet. I will update again after electrician comes out

This a replacement awning, but it has many wonderful features our old awning didn t have. Plus it was a good value for the product.
