We love our new awning with all the extras...its like adding a screened porch to the back of the house that we can roll in when its not needed. It is great looking and adds to the value of our home. Go for it.

I appreciated the laid back sales approach. Good follow up by office staff to questions I had before and after the installation. Very efficient and personable installation team. I would definitely recommend Marygrove. In addition to multiple references from neighbors, positive reviews and better pricing, I chose Marygrove because I didnâ t like their competitionâ s sales techniques. They actually had a binder with negative information about Marygrove. As far as Iâ m concerned, trashing your competitorâ s product is no way to sell your own.

One of the brackets that attach the awning to my house pulled out from the wall within a few months of installation (the awning definitely had never experienced any high winds). Marygrove was very good about promptly sending out a repair crew. They indicated that the bracket had not been properly anchored, so I have to reduce their rating for "work quality". But it leaves me a bit concerned about how well the other brackets are anchored. Apart from that (and hoping that the problem was just a one-time glitch) I think Marygrove is a good company that makes a high quality product and has very good customer support.

Marygrove was responsive, professional, asked questions relevant to the positioning of the patio and the direction of sunrise and sunset. they came prepared with fabric samples and information brochures, and followed up immediately and personally compared to other companies like Sunsetter.

From first contact to sales visit, engineering and install, everything was top notch. Extremely pleased with the experience, workmanship and finished product.

I wish all my projects went this smooth. The awning and features are exceptional. The workmanship and quality are superb. I have had nothing but compliments are it. My neighbors have remarked how much appeal it gives my back patio. The lights made it easier to sit and enjoy friends after dusk arrived. Absolutely no regrets buying this awning.

My experience with Marygrove was EXCEPTIONAL....Starting with the salesperson, (who showed up on time for our appointment) to customer service, (who called me back after 6 pm Chgo time on a Friday to answer my questions when it was 7 pm in MI) to the guys who came back 2 times to install (due to height of install & weather issues) both times they called to advise when they would arrive....to the electrican who installed an outlet exactly where I requested, (again, kept in touch with timing of arrival) and follow up I had with customer service due to sensitivity setting for wind sensor...this company was a dream to deal with. Coming from a sales background, I'm a person who puts a HIGH value on customer service, (something rarely seen these days) and Marygrove delivered on all fronts. I cannot remember the last time I was completely satisfied with a purchase & the follow up with the wind sensor....no arguing, no push back, DID have a very knowledgable customer service person who offered to walk me thru how to do the adjustment, but due to the fact my awning is on my roof & I'm no longer to climb up on the roof, immediately scheduled a visit by my friendly install guys to adjust the sensor. Seriously, the best transaction I've had with a service provider in a very long time. Not surprising I would HIGHLY recommend this company if you are in need of an awning.....and oh yea, the quality of their product is also top notch..

I called a competitor first that is known nation wide. Very expensive I remember Marygrove from when I lived in SE Michigan called to see if they would come to St Joseph MI and yes they did. They came out very quickly to measure present their products and give us a very good quote. They had a much larger selection than their competitor I mentioned. Also the quote was 1500.00 less than the other guy. So impressed that s two of my neighbors ordered at the same time.

Everyone at Marygrove was extremely helpful. Our job was during the Covid 19 shutdown. Ryan was limited in his ability to come to our home and do measurements. We ordered 3 awnings and they were perfect except that one was a few inches too short. They replaced it, no questions asked.

Salesman was very professional and made sure I got all the discounts. The installers were excellent! They were personable and professional. They made sure that the awning was installed exactly as I wanted, gave me a full demo and cleaned up after themselves. Since the install the awning has worked flawlessly and we enjoy it everyday,

Guys did a great job setting things up and coaching me through the remote, set-up and functions. Continued follow-up, concern for our satisfaction and a focus on continued relationship. The awning was pricey, but worth every dime. The deck we could not use during the summer because of the heat has now become our #1 hangout spot. We use the awning to lower the temps in our home too. Works great. The LED lights are top notch and the new awning has created additional living space in our home. Great Job Marygrove! We recommend and will tell our friends.

Superb service from start to finish and beyond. Scott was a no pressure salesman and explained all we needed to know when purchasing our retractable awning. He even waited till the sale was done to tell us they were giving away free propane grills with purchases that week. When we elected to add a side screen Scott delivered it to our door ( an hour from the showroom) on his own time. We love the awning! Beautiful!

The size that I thought I was getting was shorter than I discuss. I'm Very disappointed because know one has reach out to me since I have call and Notify them of the mistake was made.

2nd time I used this company, This is a replacement awning after many years of my first one. The new one seems to be working fine is quiet an even has lights on it for night use.

Our new awning provides evening shade so we can now enjoy our deck space without the sun beating down on us. We are now able to eat outside more on these hot Michigan evenings. The installers and representatives were very professional.
