My lap top required a new Motherboard and not a new hard drive, as I had first believed. Rachel back-uped my files, discovered that the lap top was still under warranty, sent the lap top to the manufacturer for me, and ensured that the lap top was functioning properly, upon return.

Unfortunately, switching from a computer running Windows ME to XP can cause problems with old programs. The initial installation only took 3 hours, but I later found that my music program was inoperable. Will sent back another tech the day after I called, and he spent over 4 hours repairing this problem and answering many other unrelated questions I had. There was no charge for this additional time as Will considered it all part of the installation process. North technicians that came out were very personable and efficient and made the whole process less stressful than it could have been.
