Suburban Cadillac Collision of Lansing

I guess an "A" you know my husband take care of that and we've had a number of Cadillacs. and we haven't had a problem with them, you know, I mean  they weren't called Suburban back then, they have changed hands, so its the same dealership essentially. But everything is fine. We've had no problems with them. Overall its great. Price: is great. they wash your car. Just give them an "A" across the board. I dont have any problems with them. The workers are fine. They are amazing, awesome.

They did a very good job. In fact they are kind of relatively new. Before that, it was called Capital Cadillac. I kind of discussed it with them. This new group is really taking over and they've been quite outstanding.  It was oil change and then the different products that need to be changed at the same time. It is more than just oil and then they rotate the tires. It is about $70 all together. In fact it was on the computer. They came back and sent me a thing asking me if I was satisfied or how satisfied I was with the service. I was very satisfied. Then I had another one. That they think my car is so nice.  It is a 2011 and it is a DTS, the last it was made. I only have 24000, almost 25000 miles on the car and they would love to get a hold of it. I explained that it will not be for sale because this month I will be 92 years of age and my license is good till I am 94. I am going to keep that car because I like it. It is the last car that's made like that. I said, please don't contact me again to sell it because I am not. The cash isn't that important when I almost 92. I better have enough money to live on. I don't need that to help me. The lady did laugh and she said, 'Believe me, I won't bother you again'. It does show that they are very interested. The fact that they contacted me to be sure that I was satisfied and then the fact that they wanted to buy my car and sell me another one. That showed they were quite active. They had it listed from 1-10 and I had an 8. They did a good job. They even washed the car. It was perfect for an oil change but usually I think you have to do something more fantastic than that to be a 10. I think it's high but they do change  the fuel pumps;  3 or 4 different things that they change on it, supposedly. There is no way of proving, one way that they do or they don't. The young man that met me couldn't have been more personality-wise and trying to do the very best he could. He was a good one that they hired for that because he's not overly aggressive but he smiles a lot. You felt a little trust when you turned it over to him. Responsiveness was extremely good. I called the one day and I could either go that day or the next day. So I wanted to go the next day and, morning or afternoon? Well, being retired, I decided on the afternoon  was better. I might oversleep. He was extremely good. When I called them and got the appointment, they wanted my email address. Checking the emails in the morning, it was, 'You are scheduled to come in at 3 o'clock this afternoon', which I felt was very good. Which I think is quite unusual.

We are very pleased with them. We had some structural work done on it and they did an excellent job on it. They tightened everything up. We had them take some rust out. I think that they are reasonable on price and are very good. Everything was really good.
