Of the lenders we considered, Treadstone had the best rate and the lowest fees! We were purchasing a newly constructed home in an area where there isn't a lot of new construction, and other lenders did not see the value. It was a completely different picture with Treadstone. They immediately saw the value and moved the process along quickly. Everyone worked as a team, so we were never left wondering what was happening with our loan. We will definitely be recommending this company!

I was recommended Treadstone - yet at first did not see the need - why not just go to my bank to get a mortgage? Well, after a very long run-around with 2 other banks I called Kevin at Treadstone - HE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. Kevin gets to know you. He understands your entire portfolio and offers up products HE WOULD USE. Treadstone was very easy to work with. They knew what they needed, they knew exactly how long things would take and they got it done. I had my pre-approval letter in less than 48 hours. And the closing was seamless. Never once did I face a concern / issue once I signed with Treadstone. He was also very easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process. He provided his direct email address which he responded to within 1 business day. So any questions I had would get answered when I had them by him. After working with Treadstone I now wonder why anyone would go to a bank for a mortgage. THIS WAS SO MUCH EASIER
