 + -1 moreAvoid these guys. John the sales rep there is great but be leery of the owner Al, questionable customer service! I took our PS3 there to have the blu ray player replaced. The PS3 was returned to us in about a week, it worked for about 2 weeks and stopped. I returned it to CSI to have it serviced again and this time the kept it for 3 weeks and when I got home guess what it didn't work again. The sales rep John recommended I request I get a refund becuase the third party vendor they use to service PS3 was not very reliable. I requested said refund however the owner Al refused to provide the refund and said they would send it out again for multiple weeks to be service by the same provider that had already tried twice and failed. AVOID THIS COMPANY they do not stand by their work product! I wasted $135!
