The employee inspected the entire exhaust system...recommended a quality muffler, and replaced the old rusting muffler. In addition, they also provided upfront pricing...with no surprises.

I felt that the technician thoroughly explained in detail the issues with the vehicle. I did have to ask some additional in depth questions to be certain I understood the issue, however he was incredible patient and allowed me to ask the questions without becoming annoyed. I felt the service was good and the follow up was good as well.

Tuffy is a good place for an oil change. The prices for actual repair are high, and even during an oil change they may point out potential problems to get you to purchase repairs. I suggest writing down any problems they mention and going to a local car shop you know. I did and found out that the problems were either much smaller than reported or non-existent. That being said the oil change is relatively quick, and cheap.

They did a good job. It went very well.

I have used them off and on for the last two years. They are timely. They don't give a whole list of other things that need to be done to my car, and I appreciate that.
