AJ came out on a Friday night on an (no extra fee) when our heat was out. He quickly got us up and running and returned the following day to resolve the issue and do a cleaning. He was polite and the total for the two visits was incredibly fair. We'll definitely be using Keag again!

I called around and obtained multiple estimates for the exact same work and the other estimates were over $450. Keag's was $365! I asked why the big difference and was informed that they do not have the large overhead as the majority of other companies do and feel the customers prefer the lower prices. Their customer service was outstanding! I will be using them for ALL future repairs.

THEY PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS. THEY ARE VERY FAST AT GETTING BACK TO YOU TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT.
