 + -1 moreWent well, I came home from work and everything was done.
Description of Work: Cutting down, and removal of 2 very large trees that were half rotten and hanging over my roof. Ground the stumps and also ground another large stump in another part of my yard. Loaded and removed everything. Did an excellent job of the clean up.

 + -1 moreThey showed up on a different day than scheduled to do our estimate; which was a great price. We schedule them and they didn't show up on that day; we had to call to see where they were. They said they had some emergency jobs to do, and they'd get to us the next morning first thing. They didn't show the next morning, and we had to call again. They did show up in the afternoon to take our tree out and trim the other two. They said they'd be back to grind the stump of the tree they removed, and they'd call to set up a time. They never did call; it was just gone one day when I got home. In the process of removing some of the limbs from out tree they dropped one on the trees we wanted to keep. When this was brought to their attention they said they'd come out and look at it. They never did show up. It is worth it to pay a little more money, and not deal with the headache.
Description of Work: Cooper Tree Service gave us an estimate for removing on tree, grinding the stump and trimming two others.
