Our kitchen floor was 22 years old, the floor underneath it is 37 years old.  I did not want to just go over both floors with another piece of linoleum flooring. I wanted the 22 year old floor taken out and then we could go over the original floor.  I can live with two floors, but three floors stacked on top of each other was a bit much. We had several flooring companies and private contractors come in to look and estimate the job, they all wanted to just throw another piece of linoleum over the old  floors and be done with it.  We also have a decorative oak rail that most of the contractors did not want to take up, they just wanted to cut around it. Not!  Randy came in, listened to what "we" wanted and even found a way to take the middle of the oak rail out, lay the linoleum down then put the rail back. It looks, finished, very professional, not cut out.  Randy did not take short cuts either. He actually took the time to pull up all the old nails instead of pounding them down to make sure they could not work themselves though the new floor.  The end result is awsome.  The floor looks better that I could have imagined, the job was done right, and I would recommend Randy to anyone that needs flooring done or re-done.  I waited two years to find someone to do this job and it was well worth the wait.
