Good at first, then ruts began to appear on lawns, not just the grass, but ruts in the ground underneath. They use heavy, 4-wheel drive mowers that have small wheels that track in the same path and they do not vary their mowing pattern. When I complained about this, they swapped crews, but no improvement. When I cancelled their service I started getting ugly messages on my voicemail, and today one of the crew followed me home, at night.
Description of Work: Lawn mowing, weekly on one property, approx. 3-4 times a season on 3 other properties for a higher fee.
