Gary and his son make a perfect team. They are both friendly, professional and know what they are doing. They’ve been in our home for other plumbing issues in the past and have done a great job, so I didn’t hesitate to call again. This time I had what I thought was a small job needing to be done. Gary told me what it would cost. Then even after finding deteriorating old piping which required a lot more time and work than anticipated, he stuck by his original price. I can’t ever imagine using anyone else! Give them a try – you’ll be very glad that you did!

Gary is a real professional! He was on time, gave a reasonable estimate, and performed high quality work. I have used Gary multiple times in the past, and will only use him for Plumbing repairs.

I called Gary this morning. He came out this morning. Great service! I have a sump pump replaced after all night rain. Gary and his son are very professional, fast and straight to the point.

Gary responded to my initial inquiry the same day. I emailed him pictures of the sump pump location and he provided a written quote less than an hour later. He scheduled an installation appointment a week later to accommodate my schedule. Bottom Line: It went Great with NO surprises. Gary and Matt arrived at the scheduled appointment time and efficiently completed the job. They thoroughly cleaned up the area when completed and explained how to periodically test the new pump. They also provided a written warranty on the receipt before they left my house. I'm very pleased with their quick response to my inquiry, follow-up on my additional questions, punctuality, quality of workmanship, pleasant demeanor, and cleanup afterwards. I really couldn't have asked for anything more and I will hire them again should I need additional plumbing work.

Gary came back with another choice of faucets for the tub which didn't fit after all. The old wall had crumbled where the shower fixture came through and he brought a bigger cover plate plus went out & bought some spackle to finish closing the hole. This was at no charge. He went beyond the call of duty to do a good job. We had bought the kitchen faucet.

Have had Gary out twice to my mom and dad's home. Once was for emergency service when we found a leaking hot water heater. It was a weekend and we were so pleased that Gary was able to come out quickly, and was able to install a new heater at a fair cost. He was courteous and clean and so we decided to use him again. He and his son came out to move laundry facilities from basement to first floor. This required running new water, gas, and vent lines and even drilling the exhaust through the brick of the exterior wall. He was again punctual, neat and courteous. When a few glitches were run into (as they always do with projects) he helped us navigate them and did not charge us for extra services. Very honest. Would definitely recommend him.

Great. Gary answered the phone and said he could come at 3pm, a little later I asked for an estimate and he replied and could come at 11am, which he did. We had a new sump pump installed by noon. Gary was awesome!

Highly unprofessional attitude. Gave the estimate and then forgot. When contacted to do the job on the quoted price, started the argument that the customer does not understand what needs to be done. will not recommend and if someone want to use the service please do yourself a favor and take a quote in written.

Called Gary first thing in the morning because our sump pump was constantly running all weekend long. Gary and his son arrived exactly on time. They were professional and explained why it was best to replace the pump rather than fix it. Made sense to me since the pump was original to the house and probably almost 12 years old. They had my pump replaced in less than 30 minutes! I will definitely be calling them for plumbing repairs in the future.

Great! Told us the reason why the pipe became clogged and how to keep it from doing it again. Suggested what products to use and not use. and informed us because of the way the piping was installed that this may happen again.

Where can I start. Gary is the nicest contractor I ever hired to do the needed work in my house. He knows his job extremely well, was very, very prompt, right on the spot, super professional and respectful to us as his costumers. Gary left the area spotless at the end.

Great. He had to come back because the basement wall was a bear! Hopefully, the toilet issue is resolved. We had sewer gas coming up through one toilet and no one has been able to resolve this. Time will tell. The sump pump and outdoor spicket were plumbed before the original owners finished the basement. When they did finish the basement, their contractor didn't pay attention to these lines and where they ran. Both of the lines went behind the finished bathroom shower wall and toilet, so when the sump pump froze up this winter behind the finished shower wall, we couldn't get to the pipes.(We ended up sawing the pvc pipe and made a temporary fix to get through the winter.) Gary put a permanent fix to this. When we wanted to replace the leaking water spicket, the plumber couldn't get behind it, so he made a new one in a better location.

Very good on two easy and straightforward jobs. Was happy to fix a second problem that wasn't listed in the original request. Edited the review as I accidentally clicked "no" under "would hire again." I would absolutely hire Gary's plumbing again in the future.

I had a very good experience with both Gary & his son Matt. Gary altered his schedule to accommodate my request. Installed the spigot the same day I reached out to him.... Gary was straight forward, and honest which is what I appreciated the most. I was pleasantly surprised that he suggested me to search online for part replacements. I got an impression that he really wasn't misleading me in any way. I even got a 1 year warranty.

Prompt response to email and quick turnaround for the appointment. Gary kept me informed of the work that needed to be done and was very upfront about the costs which I thought were very reasonable. I would highly recommend his services and use him again.

Found my new plumber. Gary was courteous & explained everything. Had all tools & hardware with him. Left shoes at the front door.
