Gardner White Furniture

PLEASE DONT WASTE your MONEY for any Products here! I bought Sectional (Couch) from here along with my all furniture. Obviously they recommend you to buy Purchase protection. Since we are spending 5 to 6 grands, we will be willing to buy protection. But, Is the money we spend for Protection is absolutely nothing and it is total WASTE. This is my 2nd experience with Gardner white, First time, it happened for my Mattress. This time it is happening for my Sectional(Couch). Protection supposed to be covered for 5 years. They are simply saying that they don’t cover bonded leather after 12 months. This is just 2 years old. The Protection company saying that they will cover only accidental damage and they don’t cover if bonded leather automatically comes out. This is absolutely **** ****. While buying, they said they will cover everything. If the leather automatically coming out, please guess the quality of the product how it is. The Customer service is very poor. What kind of logic it is if they cover only accidental damage and not natural damage. They supposed to be more responsible for the quality of the product than accidental incidents. The Representative was very Rude from Protection company and they don’t approve anything if you go for protection. Gardner-white never cares their Customers as well. PLEASE DONT WASTE your MONEY for any Products here!

Kelly Leen is the worst sales rep I have ever dealt with. We bought a sectional over the weekend and she said she was taking care of the sales tax. She never said anything about a delivery fee either. When I looked at my bill I was charged tax and delivery. I tried contacting the store for five days. Each day getting a recording where I left my name and number and never got a response back. The one time I got an actual person, they said I would have to speak to Kelly so I left a message for her to call me. Two days later nothing!!! called again last night and informed the person that answered the phone that I would canccel the order if she didn't get back to me the next day as soon as she got in. She never contacted me again so I called back. She was short and rude on the phone and said the promotion didn't cover outlet items. She never said that during the course of ordering and even said during the paperwork write up she was taking care of the sales tax. I have cancelled my order and will never do business with Gardner White again. I will take my money to your competitors from now on. Also they blocked me from posting my review on facebook so I guess I'll have to post it everywhere else.

I will never go there again and I will tell everybody never go there. I paid $1200 for the sofa and the table was around $300-$400. The sofa had plastic legs that broke and the table had the varnish come off. They said I used water on it, which I never did and they sent a man to take the pictures of it, so they could sent it back to the person who was in charge of it. They did the work twice. They said that I did spill the water on it, so they never did anything about it. If I had a truck then I would have taken the furniture to their store and told people to look at what they sell them. The price was fair. The punctuality wasn't bad.
