Don's took the time to show me the vehicle I was interested in and layed out their best deal on the vehicle.  After agreeing on a price they searched for the car and had it in several days.  The salesman (Bernie) and one of the owners (Tracy) both went out of their way to see I had what I wanted.I have also been very pleased with their service department which goes the extra mile to see you are happy with their work.

We were new in town and called to get an oil change and balance/tire rotation.  They had 2 appointments to choose from that same day.  They were very professional and prompt.  Very pleasant and speedy!  The best part is I went in asking and willing to pay for much more than they told me I needed!!  Jim explained the condition of the tires completely and said 2 of them were pretty worn and it would be a waste to pay to have them rotated and balanced if we were planning to have them replaced as they would recommend with winter coming up.  I didn't feel like they were just trying to get tire business either. He said to save I could put the least worn tires on the back while 2 new ones would best serve the front due to front wheel drive. They were correct in that two tires were well worn and not safe for winter as when we looked back at purchased records, the time lapse was more than enough to start thinking about new tires.  I appreciate the integrity and honesty of a business as this.  They were exceptional with service and treating me like a valued, paying customer.  Jim Pluger was my advisor and I couldn't ask for better help.
