 + -1 morePeggy was very patient with us and effective at helping us find a house in Ann Arbor, even though we were moving from 8 hrs away. The two weekends we had to come in to view houses, she dedicated her entire Saturday just to us, had a well planned route so we could see the most houses in a short amount of time, and provided honest advice to help us make the right decision. At no time did she get frustrated or impatient with us. Also, some nice touches were that she insisted on taking us out to lunch while we were out home shopping and also sent us a nice gift card to Whole Foods when we closed on the house.
Description of Work: Peggy Carroll helped my wife and I find and purchase a house.
