Roofing
Stan Plate was hired by the previous owner of my house to do the roof in 2011-12. When I moved into the house, there are a few minor repairs that needed to be done to the roof. It has been impossible to get a hold of Stan and to get him to do the work. The roof supposedly comes with a 10-year warranty. That warranty is worthless as Mr. Plate refuses to honor it. First it took nearly a month and countless unreturned phone calls for him to come out to our house to look at the roof. At that time he said he will get back to me. Not only did he not get back to me as promised, he did not even return any of my numerous phone calls. At this point, after trying for nearly 2 months, I have been completely unsuccessful at getting him to do anything.
