Revision Energy

Everything went completely smoothly. The system was a bit more expensive than a new oil burner, but not shockingly so, and my heating costs are MUCH lower. I am confident that if I had a problem they would solve it immediately. But there have been no problems.

ReVision was great from the very beginning. The company did a site visit and explained our options and answered all our questions. The installation was done very professionally, there were 6-8 people working hard each day in a organized manner. I could tell that each one I spoke with was interested in what they were doing. After the installation was complete, I was given an explanation of the systems and a website we can use to monitor our solar system. The heat pump was inspected by the town, the first words out the inspector's mouth were "now, that is a textbook installation!". ReVision even filed the paperwork for our rebate! I would recommend them to anyone looking to install energy saving devices!

They are very knowledgeable about the solar heating system, the whole solar panel system, They were on time. They were in and out of my house and did the entire job in a day and a half. We got a problem with one of the heat pumps. The installation was molded until the end of our house and the heat pump had a lot of the compressor unit vibrate the lot. So they came out and tried to fix it and it didn't really worked very well. And then they came back and uninstalled it from being molded from the actual frame of the house on to a cement pad which took all the vibration completely. So I was very happy with that. They were very responsive to that being not a major problem but more of an annoyance.

Set to start at 0900 and three work crews, one for each element, arrived at 0815. Checked with us on the areas to be worked on and started immediately. Very courteous, friendly, and efficient. Kept their work areas neat and clean. They were all done by the early afternoon of the next day. Gave us a final walk thru to explain the operation of everything. We were quite pleased with their smooth operation, about a week later they checked with us to see if there were any issues, we had one and it was handled quickly and to our 100% satisfaction.

To start work on Sept 25,2013 at 0900, they arrived at 0815 with three crews, one for each install, walked thru the work area to see what we wanted and started working. They finished the next day in the early afternoon and proceeded to give us an operational orientation of our new purchase. While working they were friendly, courteous, and very efficient. no time was wasted and all work areas were cleaned up after the install. A few days after the install we were contacted to see if there were any issues, we had one and it was handled quickly and efficiently to our 100% satisfaction. after about four(4) months we are very happy with everything and all components are working as advertised. Very, Very pleased with the company and the products they sell.

Went perfect. Originally, they surveyed my home's ability to support solar (pitch of the roof, direction toward sun etc) prior to the quote.  The owner of the company did that in person.  
By the time install date came, they had obviously prepared thoroughly and came with everything needed to get the job done. The crew was efficient and friendly and they were done putting the panels up on day one, and completed wiring into my main electric panel on day two.  I've cut my electric costs by 100% for 5 months of the year and 70% for the whole year.
The electric company (CMP) later installed a second meter which allows me to get credits for the times of the day when production exceeds consumption (for me, that's from 7:30am until about 6pm or so in the summer).
Revision Energy is one of the bigger solar installers in New England and they have obviously done it many times and and are prepared for any contingency.  It was a pleasure working with a team that has this down so well.  I believe they have also installed some of the largest, if not THE largest, commercial installations in Maine.
