Timely.  Did caution me (since it was winter in Maine) that if an emergency heat situation occurred with a different homeowner, that would take precedence.  I appreciated this heads up.  In reality, he was able to complete the job as planned and the hot water works perfectly.  He was cognizant of cost and if he is able to fix the job with less cost, that was clearly our shared goal.  Courteous.  Explains what he finds and needs to do.  Responsive.

He had to rip out all of the old system and put in the new. It was not a 2 day deal. It was a very big process. He did a great job. I would with enthusiasm endorse him. He was very prompt. When he said he would show up at a certain time, he showed up so I liked that. He gave me a quote within 24 hours of his first inspection. He did the job right at the quote, there was no cost overrun. He said he would start on a certain date and finish on a certain date and he did exactly that. He started and finished on time. He is very knowledgeable. He explained everything to me, what was going on and what I was getting and why. He was very patient and explained everything. He helped me decide which was the best system for my house, because he doesn't represent just one manufacturer. He can install pretty much anything. He is not bias towards one brand or another on heating systems. He advised what was best for our house and we looked at all the numbers and came up with the best one. On top of all that, he is a really good guy. He is very neat. When you are doing things like that you are going to make a mess, there is no way around it, but he did a really good job of cleaning things up, he did a very nice job. Anytime I had a question, he called me right back.
