Hilario Aparicio and his crew from KBC Platinum Construction, LLC did an outstanding job removing deck boards and handrails that were showing signs of deterioration. His extensive knowledge, clear communication, quick response, and professional demeanor was excellent. He answered all my questions and concerns. Their work top notch and beautiful. Work they've done was fantastic.

I paid Hilario Aparicio, KBC Platinum Construction to install hardwood flooring per the sample I had ordered from Home Depot. What was installed was not hardwood. The finish on the stair nose has worn off and the flooring looks like laminate instead of hardwood. I requested that the leftover flooring be returned to me but to no avail. I was just another senior citizen to take advantage of.

Good courteous and work ethic

Communication with Hilario Aparicio was very efficient. Dealt thru emails, but was quick responding. The last time our roof was done, my husband and a friend did the work. 20 years later and we hired KBC Platinum to do the job. We will never regret it. Approx 6 men showed up to do the repairs (plywood replacements) and shingle installation. 7 hours later and all was done, including a great job in clean-up. 2 days after, a crew of 2 arrived to put up the guttering. Love my roof!!

Great service

Crew arrived on scheduled, inspected area and began working promptly. The team working independently removing old gutters, removing down spouts , fabricating new gutter. Installation of new gutter and covers went very quickly. They did a thorough cleanup of the work area. Very professional job.

KBC replaced my 4600 sq ft roof in a single day. They replaced portions of plywood that needed it and installed roof vents and high quality vent boots. They also replaced an undersized gutter and downspout with a properly sized perfect color match. He and his crew even reinstalled my lightning rod system and my weather vane. I am very pleased with the quality and value I received and highly recommend them.
