I think we sense that they are very expensive, but in their favor I personally don't know all that goes into replacing a brake switch or where it is located at all. Our other mechanic seems to get parts the same day and usually has our car done on that same day or the next. Boswell's company had our car for 5 days. Again in all fairness to them maybe many of their employees were out of town for the holiday. We did not of course expect them to fix it on the holiday day at all. The towing I thought was reasonable cost as we were in the same town and well generally towing costs in and around that range. The bill indicates the brake switch was replaced at 183.12, shop supplies at 32.65, and towing 75.00. The labor hours indicated are 1.50 at 150.00 and with tax came to 457.76. We will probably use them again, but not often due to their pricing in our own opinion. They are always friendly and well we might have recommended them to someone, but I usually tell them they may be a bit high. Also I don't know why we have to write down the home build year when this business has nothing to do with the home, so I just put down a year. The car was towed to their shop and that is where the work was performed. The towing was also Boswell's.
