V&K did an amazing job for my patio- both high pressure wash cleaning and sealing. And for dry wall repair and painting he is really good. Ask for Victor heâ s very detail oriented and was so easy to work with!

Victor arrived on time and with all the equipment he needed to do the job. He was polite and easy to deal with. He easily understood what I wanted which was not power washing. I wanted him to thoroughly clean the roof and then apply Wet and Forget with a hose. This is a gentle way to clean a cedar shake roof. It takes Wet and Forget time to work, but it does not damage the wood. He thoroughly cleaned the roof of leaves and cleaned between the shakes to dislodge debris. He then saturated the shakes with Wet and Forget. The roof looks great now that it is free of debris between the shakes. He took his time and did an excellent job. He worked steadily and safely and cleaned up any messes. We are very happy with the job that he did. I strongly recommend Victor to others for this type work.
