Fan installation in a living room where one did not exist before. Installer was prompt, professional and expert in fan installation. I would recommend this provider again. Service was excellent.

They came promptly on time and did the work well. They seemed competent and cleaned up well.

It went well. Mr Bentz came as agreed and was punctual. The only reason I didn't give him an "A" rating is that the remote control for the ceiling fan in my daughter's room stopped working. When we looked more closely at the remote, we found a piece had been covered with white tape. The ceiling fan works, we just have to use the pull string, which is something I didn't want. All three bedrooms use the same type of remote, and only one has that tape, so I know it didn't come like that. I wish he would have said something as he was putting it up, especially since I had an extra one we could have used. It left a mark on the experience. Other than that, I have no complaints about the work.

Our appointment was at 9am and he arrived approximately 20 minutes later. He immediately went to work. He inspected all the connections- doorbell, transformer and chime. He was able to assess the transformer needed replacing. After replacing the transformer then he replaced the bell and about 40 minutes later I could hear the doorbell chime in my house when he reconnected the wires to the doorbell chime. After installation he was able to tell me that the previous owners had two doorbells and that could have been one of the reasons why the current doorbell was not working. I wished he would have taken that old door bell wires to the old one down and the corresponding wires. I did not request that of him and that was not the initial service request- it just would have been nice. Then I have a major electrical job that should be done soon and I requested for him to give me an estimate on that service order. After he left I noticed he left the old doorbell on the ground outside my front door and I had to pick that up. Then he left the cover off of my hallway chime and i had to get a stepstool to place that back over the hallway chime. I was not happy about that. Overall he was done in less than ninety minutes and he does send you a nice thank you note as a personal touch to his service visit.

The first one was done at a promotion price and he installed the second one at a reduced price. I was very pleased with his work and his price. I would recommend him to others.

Completed the work as requested; was not satisfied with panel labeling. Still waiting for electric company to complete the tying off of outside cables.

John (the owner) showed up on time (with a call beforehand to notify me that he was near the house). The four outlets in dining room did not work since I purchased the house, but he quickly diagnosed what was wrong, and repaired in an hour. It was great that he did it without making a hole in the drywall. He kindly attached cosmetic cover without charge on one of the outlet that did not have a cover. I noticed it later, but he did not even mention this extra thing!

John, the owner and his assistant Joe were professional. On time and open to the many questions we asked as they were doing the job.

hi had John in for the morning to fix a couple of problems, and install some lighting fixtures. One of the fixtures was shipped without hardware, so Mr. Bentz had to run to home depot to find some parts to rig something up, which looks good. He replaced 2 other lighting fixtures, diagnosed a non-working circuit, and fixed a broken outlet. Everything seems good.

I contacted owner John Bentz to request a quote, and he quickly responded and agreed to come after normal business hours to provide a free estimate on my project. The job entailed rewiring several switches as 3-way switches, installing an outlet, and rewiring four lights that were on one switch to work on two separate switches. His estimate was lower than I expected, and we scheduled a time the following week to do the work. John arrived as scheduled with a second worker to complete the job. They were both professional and checked with us before continuing on the next task to make sure we were satisfied with the work and that they fully understood exactly what we wanted on the next project. The outcome was great, and I highly recommend their services.

John arrived on Saturday on time and within an hour both problems (one light was broke for almost 3 years) was fixed in under an hour. John is great!!! I will definitely use him again.

We got several estimates on this job and Bentz electric was the least expensive. They arrived promptly for the estimate and for the actual work. The work was completed as specified in a very timely manner. Additional parts were required and they installed them the next day. Bentz electric made sure they were present for the City of Rockville inspection for the permit after the work was completed. The City of Rockville inspection passed.
