Arrived as scheduled, and completed the job in a timely manner. They were relatively clean, but since we weren't in the home at the time, we were unable to point out any missed mess to the crew. Overall we were very pleased with the work and feel we received exactly what we paid for. I would hire them again if/when we have other insulation needs.

I liked that I could communicate with them by email. They were able to schedule the job right away once I made the decision. They were here the next day. They were prompt and we were very pleased with their work.

Everything was great. Brian was on time for the estimate. The installers arrived before I did. They were finished in an hour. I definitely recommend this company!!!

We e-mailed the company asking for an estimate. They replied by telephone within 24 hours. The company representative who came to our house was punctual and very pleasant. We received a bid in writing a few days later. We used another contractor who submitted a lower bid.

It went really great. They came out and provided us a proposal and once we decided what we wanted, they did a nice and complete job. It took them less than a day to complete the work and we had no problems.

Crew arrived on time. Prepared the environment including laying down plastic. Completed job and cleaned up.

Just fine. A representative called me the same day I called to arrange a time to stop by and give us a price quote. He came when he said he would and took a look in the attic and explained a little about what they would do. A price quote arrived in the mail a few days later. The work crew arrived when scheduled, though they were about an hour early, but were happy to wait for us until we were ready to have them come in. They were very neat, and took less than an hour to blow the insulation in. We can feel a difference in the upstairs already; it's much more comfortable.

After last year's shocking utility bills, we knew we needed to insulate the attic in our 80+ year old house. We got several estimates, but we were most impressed by the knowledge of the person who came out from Carroll. He explained our options in detail and made informed recommendations. Their estimate was lower than the others we received, but that was not the deciding factor in their selection. Carroll scheduled our work for the date we requested, two men arrived on that date and performed the work as described. They cleaned up and were gone in just over two hours. We can already feel a difference in the warmth of our upstairs rooms. We definitely recommend this company for their professionalism and the quality of their work.

I decided to use Carroll after being impressed with the knowledge of their rep, Matt. I called the week before I wanted the job done and was able to set up the job on the exact day that I wanted. Two nice gentlemen from Carroll arrived almost exactly at the time I was told they would be there. They were professional and polite. The job was finished in less than two hours. I now have a RF value in my attics of RF-42. I can't wait to see the savings this year on my heating costs. I would highly recommend Carroll Insulation to anyone needing help with insulation. Thank you Angie's List. You have not steered me wrong yet!

THEY WERE VERY CLEAN, AND WERE ON TIME. CARROLL INSULATION CAME ON THE DAY THEY SAID THEY'D BE THERE. THEY LAID TARPS AND WERE GREAT. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS.

YES WE WOULD USE CARROLL INSULATION AGAIN THEY WERE ALWAYS ON TIME, THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN A DAY. WE HAVE USED THE COMPANY IN OUR SALON AND SPA ALSO, THEY INSULATE BETWEEN THE WALLS FOR SOUND BUFFING.
