The service was outstanding from start to finish. The salesmen were very courteous and pleasant to work with. Bob Lupton in particular made the sales pitch fun. The installers were on time, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning up after they were done. Steven Del Rio, the QA manager arrived near the end of the job and made sure my wife and I were very happy with both the work and the product. He explained the warranty, which is lifetime and transferrable. He pointed out other projects Power could do, gave us an estimate, and left my wife and I to decide if we would have it done. We did, and are eagerly looking forward to another great experience with Power Home Remodeling.

The customer service from the initial visit was prompt and very professional. I was hesitant to have the work done when I first signed up in Sam's but when the representative Kristen Hughes-Sheppard came to my home and provided me with the background on the company I felt more at ease to start the remodeling project. I had been having problems with water coming into my basement for some time and it was determined that a sealed leak under the door was causing this. Power installers came as schedule completed the work in one day as promised and I did not have to run them down like some contractors do when they start a job but won't finish it. The gutters installed on my home also look great and are size correctly to allow the rain water to run from the home properly. My screen door will be installed later this month and I'm excited about see that. The front door with the glass looks absolutely gorgeous. I have a grand foyer entrance that now really shows well as one. I have received many compliments on the door and with the increase in home sales I'm sure this will be an added feature for the home.

I would not even consider using any other company. The reason I keep going back to Power is they are the most professional company I have ever dealt with and Power gives incredible guarantees. The first thing I had done was my roof -- I can't tell you how professional it looks. The second thing I had done was my attic (you can't imagine what they can do). New siding and I had my gutters redone (they had a large truck arrive with about 6 guys and they had my gutters completely installed in less than an hour). All projects were done in one day. They left my property cleaners than when they arrived. I wish I had stock in the company. I am not related to anyone that works for Power.

Their representatives were very through with every aspect of the process, from presentation to installation. Each specific installation was handled by its specialized team and coordination and execution were on point. Although I felt that the cost was a bit on the high end, Power offers a lifetime warranty on the work done. Overall, good work, great product.

The crew arrived on time and completed the work on time. The work was done professionally and completely. They cleaned up and removed all the old materials.

They arrived on time and completed each job as I expected. After one of the jobs, their inspector found work that was not up to his satisfaction and HE (not me) caused it to be removed and repaired. Now, I have a new maintenance free house. All of this work was not cheap but well worth the quality preformed.

The company described everything that they needed to do, what could be expected once old windows were removed, any challenges with the installation of new windows, and the quality of the clean up. A job site coordinator was frequently on site and the company followed up with a quality control specialist.

Power Home Remodeling Group installed a new roof, ventilation for the roof and attic, trim (fascia and soffett) and gutters on our house and it looks incredible. The work in the attic included insulation that is up to code and will save us money on our energy bill. The work they've done to date has been exceptional and really looks great. In addition, all the employees we have dealt with have been outstanding. They are professional, courteous, and friendly and perform their work with expertise. All the employees we came in contact with are a credit to Power Remodeling. Every phase of the job has run smoothly and efficiently. We will definitely use Power Remodeling for any work in the future. In fact, we are so happy with the work they've done so far we've contracted with them to replace our picture window. Our experience with Power Remodeling has definitely been a positive one and we are very pleased with their work and how it changed the way our house looks. Excellent! Besides for the price, we could not be happier. The staff was very professional from the beginning of the project to the very end. Our field marketer, Kali, and Tim Smith, our remodeling consultant, were exceptional.

The experience was great from the very beginning. The representatives we worked with from the first knock on the door till the end were professional, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Clay Newton, remodeling consultant, explained in detail the products and services they provided and detailed what would be done in our home. Great experience and we will use Power in the future.

I found out about PHR from a representative at BJ's Wholesale Club. Eric came out and explained the process and quality of materials used, and made a preliminary measurement for gutters. Anthony came out to look for issues two weeks later and schedule the install. There was a potential problem with a vent stack but it turned out to be easily overcome. The crew came four days later and installed 105 linear feet of gutter and downspouts. They were in and out in two hours. Everything looks great. If it costs a little more, it's worth it to get the job done right and with no heartache.

Dillon Bland provided me with the information to make a knowledgeable decision and I appreciated his help greatly. The installation went smoothly, the team showed up on time and finished early. The cleaned up and the windows look great. Alex Ilie came and evaluated the teams work and asked me if I had any questions and activated my warranty.

From the "cold call" at a local shopping venue to the Quality Assurance visit the same day of installation, this vendor earned my confidence, trust, and respect. I can't imagine not recommending them to friends, coworkers, and family. Well done! I am also looking forward to our next project together!

Everything went well with one exception. We were told by the salesman that our storm doors could be re-installed, but when the project scheduler came to do the initial survey, he informed us that they would not re-install the doors. This was one of the aspects that led us to contract with the company to begin with. Outside of that, the work was done very well. Top quality materials, excellent installation crew, and on time completion of the project. We are thrilled with the doors and the gutters. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

The job went absolutely great. Three gentlemen arrived on-time. After their introducing themselves they went right to work. The job started at 8:04am and was completed by 11:07am. They explain as they were going as to what they were doing and clean everything up as it was when they entered. The windows look great. I most say this company "REALLY" stand behind their work..

This is my second time using Power. I first had them do my roof done about 5 years ago it is still holding up despite hail and hurricanes. Today Power did my soffit, facia, and gutters. It was another great experience. Tim Smith was my remodeling consultant and he did a great job. He was very friendly and treated me like family even showed me his engagement ring for his upcoming wedding! CONGRATS TIM. The installers were punctual and true craftsman. The clean up and final product is gorgeous. Thanks again Power!

The installers at Power House Remodeling did a great job of installing the windows. However, the window product manufactured by Northeast Building Products Corporation is of very poor quality. The quality control representative agreed that the lot produced on the same day had defects reported by other customers. When a complaint was filed, the representative at Power House told us that the defects were not visible from the outside of the house and therefore, we should not be concerned as the windows met their quality standards. The caulking between the panes appear to resemble chewing gum. We have submitted letters to both parties and have yet to receive a reply or resolution.

Power was great from the moment we started working with them. They walked is through everything from the materials to the work. We never felt pressured to buy and in fact, they told us that we shouldn't replace many things we asked about. Shayne Kilgore was great to work with on this whole project. And the crews showed up early everyday - we never had to wait. We would use them again in a minute for a project.

Power team was professional and timely. The door looks really good. Everything went as they explained with no issues. They were also flexible with our work schedules. Will definitely hire again.

Estimator was pleasant, but not inaccurate in measuring and lacked knowledge. We enjoyed our time with Stephen, however he did not measure accurately and was ill informed on how to calculate costs, which in turn led to us being quoted a price of $50,000. We were told our house has 4750 square feet, which we believed to be quite high. I reached out to GAF, the supplier of the product we were quoted about, they in turn pointed me to two other well qualified suppliers in our area. One showed up, one day AFTER Power quoted me $50,000 for a 4750 Square Foot Roof, the new estimator estimator quoted me a 3200 Square foot roof for $14,000. Power's price was 357% above the $14,000. Once I learned how wrong the Power quote had been I decided I needed to tell someone. I did not sense any attempt to deceive me from Stephen, Power's estimator, and I enjoyed talking with him, and learned a few things from the demonstration, but missing the square footage by 1250 square feet, and quoting 3.57 times what another company by the same supplier is either incredibly poor training of this nice young man, or an attempt to upsell me by a massive margin. Hence the "D" grade. The only thing saving them from an "F" was the genuine decentness of Stephen, and the GAF Timberline product which carries a very good warranty.

We contracted with Power for our windows and sliding glass door. We had intitially just been interested in getting our slider replaced but after seeing the quality of windows we decided to get them all done. Nick was our remodeling consultant and his professionalism and knowledge/confidence in the product sold this for us. Our installers (Chong and crew) did a fabulous job! The tarped our whole home, installed efficiently, and left our home spotless. We couldn't be happier with our experience.
