He was over 2 hours late. He called 30 minutes before he arrived as he promised. He worked very hard and did more than he said that he would. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent job. Attention to detail. I will have him come back again for next year. The cleaning did leave a mess in each room. He cleaned up the big stuff. We needed to clean further which is the only drawback.

The lint blown out the back end of the vent onto the mulch was a hot mess to clean up. Would it be possible to for the company to attach a back to the end of the vent to catch the lint as it was blowing out to avoid leaving such a mess?

Service: dryer vent cleaning. Cost: $195 ($170 for cleaning plus $25 for new hose line) Damian from Mack's Home Services called me immediately after I submitted my HomeAdvisor project. He offered to come by the same day, and he arrived when he said he would. He inspected the dryer set up, replaced the hose line, vacuumed out the lint, blew out any remaining lint, then went into the attic to check the exhaust area. He found a bird's nest blocking the exit pipe, so Damian saved our home from a possible dryer vent fire. Would use again for dryer vent cleaning or for other services.

Damien communicated throughout the process from the first phone call to set-up an appointment to completing the job on the day & time promised. He was professional and informative, offering suggestions that would help me continue to keep my furnace blower, air ducts, and dryer vent in their best working condition. Most times you get what you pay for. I think that Mack's Home Services is gave more and provided more than I could have received from any of the other companies.
