The project was done quickly and well but I was not given a full price estimate in any form of writing beforehand and the price was different after completion. The price was still competitive but I wish this part would have been settled before and in writing.

He broke the electric receptacle. Left a mess. Didn't really do what he was hired to do although he DID get the TV on the wall in its bracket. I am still cleaning the bits and pieces of his work such as staples.Will not hire again.

Rebuilt exterior wood stairs - result is unsatisfactory - stair treads slant down and last step is lower than it was previously. Will need to hire someone else to re-do them.
