They were here when they said they will be here.  The gentleman knew what he was doing.  He was very professional.  We had a concern, they promptly returned to check it out for us.  The price is reasonable.

Prompt as to time they said, no additional charges, price quoted was the price.
Year before they replaced our two heat pumps at quoted price, and assisted us with the rebates both state and federal.

While there were a few initial problems related to the set-up in conjunction with the home water supply, the company was very responsive and resolved the problem very quickly.
