They did an excellent job--my windows and screens look great. I was able to schedule the window cleaning quickly and easily. Reasonable price. Would use again.

The service was just as expected. In looking at the house they mentioned their concerns about paint and aluminum siding, but although it took some work they were able to remove the mold and dirt from the siding without any problems. I had estimated the costs from their online price and when I scheduled them on home advisor it was to do the work. We agreed on a price early Saturday morning and they completed the work within a few hours.

Rate quoted and actual job price were the same. Reasonable.

The workers that were sent did not understand English so I could not communicate with them. They broke the first storm window they tried to remove for cleaning. Instead of cleaning the broken glass they just left it. They did not try to remove the other storm windows so they could not clean the windows very well. They did not do a very good job even on windows they could reach. I complained to the owner. He said he would come and see the windows which were not adequately cleaned and repair the broken window but he never came. I will not use them again.

The time to complete was excellent. My windows and screens look great and I will absolutely use them again!

Arrived 2 hours later than the agreed time window, which caused them to finish After dark. After walking around the house, quoted a price higher than agreed. When confronted with estimate, he relented. Since work was finished after dark, was not able to inspect the work until next morning. Overall was pleased with job. I would use them again.

Very prompt, and just got on with the job. I would recommend and will use them again. Just a note: the gentlemen who first arrived did not seem to speak any English - fortunately I speak Spanish. The third team member was able to communicate appropriately.

Calvin, Manuel and OT did a great job and were particularly careful pressure washing brickwork and grout. And my concrete patio looks great.

The work was completed on time. There was no mess. He did a great job, and was friendly. Don't hesitate to hire this company.

Enthusiastic about providing good service. Great finished job, great contractor. Delivered what they promised. My Deck looks amazing and they listened to me when I asked them to make sure they follow my desired method: 1. Prep the deck by pressure washing, cleaning and sanding then letting it dry. 2. Knock in or replace any old worn out boards. 3. Apply cedar stain on the deck floor, chocolate stain on the railing and cedar stain on the top boards of the railing. 4. Prime and stain railing post caps with copper tops. 5. Apply all this different stain tones in two coats. They followed my direction and worked very hard. I am very happy with the end result and I am sure the deck will look good for many years. Price was more than reasonable and I didn't mind paying extra because it was not easy to remove the old layers of paint called Restore. They also replace some worn outs window frames peices and front door portico railing and finished them with priming and painting with excellent result. I am very happy with everything they did. The owner, Alex is very conscientious about customer satisfaction and he was always there early morning with his staff.
