My team of two worked well together and the sun can finally shine into my home. I thank them very much.

I asked them to hammer in the gutter supports while they were up there but I dont think they understood english very well. They did clean the gutters.

I read the reviews and they were correct in that the workers only speak Spanish so very difficult to ask questions or provide them feedback. They showed up at 3:30 pm, when the original time was 11 am. There were windows in my 2 story foyer they could not reach and there were 4 windows I had them redo before they left - after they left I found 6 windows that were not very clean - 2 were worse because of them. Tried to work with Alex the owner to come out and see the quality and asked him to redo the 6 windows and never heard back - he is quick to respond when he wants the business but not so much when there are issues. I will NEVER use them again - prospects be aware.

Two gentleman showed up on time, they did the work quickly!

I paid $105 to have 15 windows cleaned inside and outside my house. The appointment was for 10 AM but they showed up around 7:45. That was fine since I was home but I would have expected a call to confirm a much earlier arrival. They did a decent job on the windows cleaning them in about an hour but they left a lot of debris behind that they must have wiped off the window ledge that fell onto my floors. The main reason why I gave them a lower review is because they had to move items out of the way of my windows and instead of picking them up to move them they pushed them out of the way. I have wood floors and now have at least 5-6 large white marks on my dark wood floors that are very obvious. When he was pushing the metal item back into place I was in the room and said I would move it but he ignored me and pushed it back into place. Because I recognize that it was an individual that made the mistake and damaged my floors and not the company I would recommend them but I would suggest you move everything out of the way of your window beforehand so they can't damage your property.
