From beginning to end the whole experience was amazing. They found financing for our project which made it so easy. Everyone involved was so awesome and letâ s talk about fast 2 1/2 days and in the snow. Even had to return on a Saturday morning to complete a little section that was not accessible due to snow. I would recommend using them to anyone interested in having a project completed at your home.

They work very quickly and efficiently to not take up too much of your day and allow you to get your house back in order with very little disruption. They'll even help you get things back in order. the guys put my window blinds back up for me without me having to ask. The made sure everything was covered up before the began working so I wouldn't have debri all over the place.

Everyone at Peak was very professional. The installers were especially competent. The windows are air tight and were installed just in time for the deep freeze. I recommend Peak for remodeling projects on your home.

Integrity the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles That is how I describe Peak Custom Remodeling. My home is only 4 years old, during a very windy storm this summer I found several shingles on my patio. I wasnâ t too concerned only because our house was new. But when my neighbor said they were going to check their roof out I thought I probably should too. So, I called PEAK because they helped me out at my old house. That house was a Victorian built in 1889 with a very tall peak roof. Well, all I can say is I am so so very glad I did. Not only were shingles missing but there was exposed wood!! My neighbor had already gotten their roof repaired by another company. But when PEAK did mine they also checked my neighbors the job was not good with still exposed wood. Needless to say I will always be a true blue PEAK customer forever!!

Peak Custom Remodeling installed a new back door for us, as well as a new roof. The workmanship on both is excellent, the cost was reasonable, the work crews were friendly, punctual, and efficient. I can't say enough good things about Peak; I highly recommend them for any remodeling project you might have.

First off, this was a $30,000+ job covering a 10,000 square foot house. They damaged my house. By having all the shingles delivered and placed on one side of my house days before installation, my stone veneer developed cracks and began to leak. The company admitted fault and said they would pay for the repairs. They asked if I had a stone guy, which I did. I sent them the invoice of $3,600, which seemed small for a full day job of taking down all the stone and then putting back up with new mortar. They balked and said they could have done it cheaper with their stone guy. Sorry, you did not request that as I would have let you use your guy. You asked if I had a stone guy, then said to send the bill. What a lousy company that fails to stand by its word.

The quality of the door and the workmanship of the installation exceeded our expectations.

Peak was amazing from start to finish and made the whole experience simple. They came out and took some pictures and measurements. Pete sat down with us and talked through different options and features for new siding. He was very knowledgeable about the products and worked to get us the best option within our budget. They also have imaging software to show us what the products and colors would look like on our house. After picking the siding we wanted they kept us updated with scheduling of product delivery and start date for their siding crew. Whole siding process took three days, they disposed of all the old siding and cleaned up everything when they were done. Great company to work with and our house looks absolutely amazing!!

All employees were very friendly and all work performed in a safe manner. Old roofing removed and new roof installed in one day. All costs were disclosed up front with no surprises. Thorough cleanup and everything that was moved to access the work was put back in place. Quality work and the roof looks great.

Due to COVID everything went very well. All had their masks on, work was done without any mess. If there were some it was cleaned up. I can now open my window and door for the first time in years. THANK YOU

Expressed concern that the interior facing of door and windows were not done but stated had to pay additional to complete that project which was unfair as I had already paid over $9000 already. Also screen in one of windows was damaged and I wasnt informed. Found it when I did a walkthrough of my house as one wasnt formally done .My contractor was surprised that they thought he was responsible to complete their installation.

Peter, the sales rep spent the time to go over all options including color options, materials and style of siding. He made sure he understood what we wanted and that Peak Remodeling could meet our needs. Peter kept us updated on financing status so that we could move forward with the project knowing what our monthly payments would be and when they would start. Josh, the project manager, kept us informed as to the status of our project, including material manufacturing, delivering and installation date. When we had a slight scheduling conflict, Josh worked with us to meet our needs. At the end of the project, I had a few questions. Josh was able to answer the questions and provided detail, making sure I was happy with the job. The installer did a wonderful job, especially installing Board and Batten style HardiPlank on a small house with 12 rectangular windows, 4 triangular windows and four peaks. The seams and window capping look great. Our neighbors have come over to check out the house from all sides and have been quite impressed with the work. The difference in how the house looks now is substantial...from dull to remarkable!

The sales person was very knowledgeable. The job was scheduled quickly. The roof replacement was completed as promised and no mess was left behind, All communication with Peak was ideal, they let us know the process and followed thru as planned,

Sales person knew his products and we were able to "build"my patio sliding door to my specifications. Very professional and I love the look.
