Deck or Porch - Repair
Contractor took advance money, left the project probably 40% finished, and stopped returning calls/texts/emails for months. Picked up the phone when from a different number and hung up on me in panic pretending he had bad service. I am out thousands of dollars to Kirkland Schroyer, who owns this business, and working with him has been the worst imaginable experience.

Powerwashing
The communication was excellent including providing a quick quote, following up on scheduling and following up after the project was finished. As for the work, he did an excellent job. Working with JC I was impressed with both his professionalism and the quality of work. We will definitely hire him again in the future.
