The provider scheduled me for a Saturday, which was convenient so I didn't have to take off from work. I asked the provider to call before arriving. The provider came early, but did not call, so I was in the middle of something when he arrived. Since I get mice almost every year, I wanted them to treat for mice. However, the provider seemed to be trying to sell me a more extensive service than I had requested. They wanted to replace all the insulation in my attic, which I thought was completely unnecessary and not what I had requested. They also put down glue traps, which was not what I wanted either. They did treat the outside of the house, which was what I wanted done. So although they were responsive and punctual, overall I would give a grade of B because they seemed to be trying to talk me into much more than I thought needed to be done to treat for mice.

Searched the area and laid traps. Very professional provider.

A schedule change was made to an earlier date, which was fine with me. Workers arrived promptly and job was done in a very timely manor. Complete removal (1200sf)of all attic insulation, vacuumed and sprayed for future pests. All electrical was checked, heat leaks were foam sealed. Screens re-attached. Attic was then re-insulated to R43 with blown in Attic Cat. It took 4 guys approx. 7 hours to finish. Biggest part of job was removal of old insulation. Took around 4hrs to completely clean, vacuum and seal. Good Job!

We contacted Triangle for termite inspection and preventative treatment. The staff were all very courteous and professional, and they were very good about accommodating our schedule for an appointment. I was please with the services.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. He showed up, sprayed and left. I had no complaints. They were a bit expensive after the initial experience. They wanted to come out every 3 months and the price went to about $150. I had no issues.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. The guy who came out and the stuff he put down all seemed very professional, but it did not correct the mouse problem so I ended up with a lot of mice. The technician seemed knowledgeable and was certainly polite; I had no problem with that aspect of it. In the end, the old fashioned snap mouse traps beat the new high tech, sticky kind.

Provided full workup for any pest issues found things we did not see before. Came and sprayed as needed and we signed up for a quarterly spraying through their service offerings.

The service was very good. As a matter of fact, I am continuing using them on a monthly basis. They did a thorough inspection on the inside & outside of the house. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable and very friendly. It just stood out as a positive experience. I bought an additional service where I pay them $65 every three months for the pest treatment.

Everything went well from the contacts with the office staff to the treatment. The tech was knowledgeable and professional.

OMG! These guys are awesome! Rich came out initially to spray and inspect, very through. Went into attic, well, 2 yrs ago we had a squirrel invasion that destroyed all the insulation and left allot of droppings. I mentioned that I have VERY severe asthma and allergy issues and he recommened that the attic be cleaned and disinfected and re-insulated. Well talk about perfect timing! I have been wanting to do just that but didn't quite know who to contact. They were able to set up the service right away, they showed up when they said they would, carefully removed my belongings from the attic, cleaned, sprayed and inspected for any openings, re-insulated and left everything cleaner than they found it! Very impressed with every aspect of the work and how careful, polite and through the service was! Ten gold stars for these guys. And yes I did sign up for regular spraying and inspecting. We've had allot of spiders, Rich even took a sample of one, well thank goodness he did, turns out it was a brown recluse which is very poisonous! EEEEKKKK! Love these guys!

They arrived within the timeframe identified. Perform their assessment and promptly applied treatments. They were courteous and respectful.

Person that came was very helpful and informative. They did get rid of the mouse.

The cost was too much for what I believed to be a field mouse problem. Because the provider was very professional in their presentation, I cannot say anything bad about the company.

Provider tried to sell an unecessary service to remove mice from the attic; however, there are no mice in the attic.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. They didn't charge any extra for the big deal but they found problems. We did not seek a second opinion and we probably should have because we paid $6,000 for the haz mat things and the pretreatment and traps. He was prompt on the first visit. They were very prompt and even sent a double crew so they could get the work done in a day and a half. The only problem was that we had boards above the old insulation and they just put the new insulation above the boards. We had to get them to take the boards out and put in the insulation and then put the boards back in case we need to get in the attic. There was a language problem. One of the crews spoke English and it was very broken with the other crew. Other than that it went very smoothly. They knew what they were doing. They didn't make a mess and they cleaned up their mess. They were very professional. They had to work around my daughter's roommate.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it went well. I felt the guy that they sent could have accomplished more than he did for the amount of time that he was here. The project seemed to move slowly, but I will say it was done completely, accurately and professionally. Everything about it was great. I think he was here for four hours and I had three things I felt he should be able to accomplish in those four hours and he only accomplished one. Granted, it was the largest of the three, but I felt he should have been able to do that in, maybe, half the time that he did.

The whole experience was absolutely great. I had my questions answered by a technician. He was polite and knowledgeable. Within two hours the hornets' nest was gone.

It was fine. We haven't had any problems with rodents since. We continued with his monthly service up until this month actually when I'm going to be stopping for the winter again. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount for that service and then there was the option of the monthly service at $45 I think. On the monthly service, they did come around with whatever the bug stuff is which they spray around outside also. They did the rodent service inside, they had some traps and things of that nature initially until they cleared it out but we chose not to have the other service on the inside. I don't know what the comparable service costs. In the initial service everything was perfect. For the continuing service, when they emailed me or called me about a particular date that they were planning on coming out I got back to them and made it clear that that was not a good day. Apparently, they showed up here that day anyway when I wasn't here. So the office had said, "We've changed the date and it's not happening that day" but then I come home and find a little thing in my mail box that they had been here which was rather upsetting because it was a Jewish holiday and in this neighborhood I didn't want any service people coming into my house on that day.

Very thorough review of our home interior and exterior. Set us up with a plan to ensure that we won't have any pest problems - in the unlikely event we do, they'll handle. So far, so good!

Triangle Home Services may be very good at spraying, but have very poor costumer service if something goes wrong. I used Angies Big Deal; technician was a day late because he was sent to wrong address. Arrived 3 hrs late on the second try, but treated my house thoroughly and professionally. The technician on the follow-up visit, performed in our absence, left lights on and locked us out of the house by using a lock he was not directed to use. I had to have the lock drilled for $160. Customer service was very pushy and entirely uncooperative, took no responsibility. As far as I could tell their reasoning was that they had provided more service than included in the offer and therefore got a good deal and have nothing to complain about. I didn't demand nor expect full compensation for the locksmith, but I did expect a willingness to work with me. My guess is if they were ruin to ruin your carpet or break a lamp, it will the costumer's fault. Follow up to Provider response: As I stated, what I wanted was a costumer service that would work with me. I threatened no one. I simply stated that my review would reflect the kind of treatment I got on the phone. I think its normal to use the lock you were directed to use, and not some other lock. Use them if you want good treatment to kill pests. Don't use them if you want good treatment of the costumer when they make a mistake.

It was supposed to rain on the day we scheduled the appointment, they called us and let us reschedule the appointment, which I thought was very conscientious. The gentleman who came out was courteous and told us what he was going to do. He also told us it was hard to control mosquitos. We have not seen any difference in the amount of mosquitos in our area.

Gentleman came out on time and sprayed down the house. Used a very effective pesticide that really did a good job on keeping out the bugs. My house is over 100 years old and it is a little tough to keep out the critters, but Triangle has done a great job twice this year. I have had multiple pest companies try to treat my house previously, but my dungeon basement would have spiders within a month. Triangle's treatment usually keeps them out for about 60 days. I signed up for the annual treatment after the last time they came out. I recommend their service.

Went well; the gentlemen who did the work was pleasant and went out of his way to explain some things to me. The reason I don't give an A rating is that I e-mailed Triangle about a week later when bugs began to show up in the treated areas again, but I never received a response from them.
