Team arrived on time, cut down trees and cleaned up in about 45 minutes. Team members were courteous and friendly. My neighbors were impressed. More importantly, the price was within my budget. Would recommend them highly.

Great experience, plan to hire them again for another tree. Very professional, and they even left me some firewood, they cleaned up the area really well and the job took a very short time.

They didn t meet their schedule time and when they arrived, their equipment was broken. After a week, I had to call to ask if they were coming back. I rescheduled and they didn t meet the time they set up. The stump didn t get ground down correctly. They missed a section but covered it over with the clippings.

Arborcare was reasonably priced for tree removal and their customer service was fantastic. Constant communication with the owners even during the coronavirus. The workers were so quick and got right to work, I hardly knew they were there. I would recommend to anyone who needs trees removed from their property. I will most definitely use them again.

Very enthusiastic attitude for the treatment of our oak tree in order to keep it healthy.

I sent a request for bid to 6 companies. Arbor Tree Experts bid was lowest but also seemed to best understand my needs, with their knowledgable and responsive staff. I would pay to watch them work. The crew was a finely honed team clearly putting safety and protection of my home and yard first as they very quickly took down a giant ash tree that was close to my house and near a sidewalk lighting system. They then ground down its stump and major roots and cleaned up - clearly exceeding my expectations in all aspects of the project based on experience with other tree-removal companies over the years.

Perfect for taking down 3 old trees. Estimator was early. Crew was early which is rare. They did a thorough job and cleaned up the whole area. Very quick and thorough.

Amy, the office manager is willing to give us a refund only if we remove our reviews. Otherwise, we have in writing via text, she refuses to fix the tree or refund us our money. They will not answer calls or return our messages. Stay clear from this dishonest company. They are willing to pay to get bad reviews removed. I refuse to remove our review as it is the truth and I do not want others to endure this costly mistake we made.
