I had an excellent experience with them, they are great. They do everything, they do boarding, training, grooming, daycare, long term boarding, etc.

Perfect Pet is the ABSOLUTE BEST boarding facility I have ever used. I have a 7 year old Puggle - Holly - who is just the sweetest girl ever. My concern with regular kennels/boarding facilities, is that Holly comes home upset and/or beat up by more aggressive dogs.
We have used Perfect Pet several times a year for 3-7 days of boarding and our experiences have always been spectacular. They go over all of her meds, food, walks, bathing - every detail - everytime I drop her off. No detail is left uncovered. If I ever have any questions or just want to check on her, the staff is wonderful when I call.
While the price might be a tad higher than other facilities in the area, the peace of mind and quality of care are worth every penny. I know they offer trainig/agility and other services, but my experience has only been with boarding.
Holly the Puggle absolutely LOVES going to Perfect Pet and I am so releived to have a and quot;home away from homeand quot; for her that I can TRUST. Don't take unnecessary risks with your furry family members, it's not worth it. We ONLY go to Perfect Pet!

This is was great overall experience. This resort was recommended by a friend. We boarded our newly adopted 5 year old Shih Tzu mix with them for 3 nights. After visiting the locations a week prior we were sold on the locations. We were given a tour of the facility and given detailed information about what would be going on during our pet’s stay. We let the staff know that our pet was newly adopted and was very shy. Once our pet was dropped off we were able to call and check on his status to make sure he was comfortable and adjusting well. We decided to have the resort give him a bath before we took him home. I really appreciated the report card that we were given letting us know exactly what was going on with our pet. We will be using them in the future if we ever have to board our pet again.

They provide plenty of playtime and provide his own room. We have used them for daycare services as well and they take terrific care of our dog. If we haven't had time to feed him in the morning they will feed him with the food we bring. They even offered to bring the dog out to the car for my wife when she was picking him up with our newborn. They said to just call ahead and they'd have him waiting for her. The people are terrific and love animals. Our dog gets excited when we pull up to the place. And I have never seen such a beautiful facility for animal care. It is a like a pet church!

They are very friendly and professional. My dogs have been delighted to go there (not the normal kennel reaction). On one occasion I boarded a dog who soon afterwards became critically ill. When I called the Pet Resort to determine if she had had any symptoms there I spoke to the actual care giver who gave me detailed information about her behavior. The illness was eventually diagnosed as cancer and had nothing to do with being boarded.

THEY'RE REALLY GOOD, I HAVE A HUNDRED POUND LAB AND THEY HAD NO PROBLEM CONTROLLING HIM. THEY ALSO OFFER ADDITIONAL PLAY TIME FOR AN EXTRA FIVE DOLLARS A DAY, WHICH I THOUGHT WAS REALLY NICE.

I FEEL CONFIDENT THAT MY PET IS GOING TO BE TAKEN CARE OF WHILE I AM AWAY ON VACATION. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST, and WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN.
