This company was very helpful, focused, hardworking, neat, organized and extremely efficient. They had a two bed room apt packed in about 3 hours. They hustled to keep to the schedule and met the deadline of this two stop move (some stuff to apartment and some stuff to a storage unit). Alberto was very helpful. We were very pleased in a stressful situation.

Far exceeded my expectations all furniture was covered in blankets and boxed for protection the crew was very our tepid and professional Yhey were very efficient and punctual. I would use them again

Turned into a complete nightmare...Initial estimate was reasonable, but be VERY CAREFUL about the written estimate -- mover was specifically told about wardrobe boxes and saw them for visual estimate, but a second party (perhaps) somehow wrote "linen" boxes and then did a bait-and-switch to get extra charge for $50 apiece per box.. Josh had been very nice for scheduling but when questioned about these details on day of move, got hostile, defensive and evasive. The actual pick-up of furniture at two locations went well, however, and those specific movers were friendly and punctual. Entire cost of cross-country move was paid in advance on the pick-up day, with ZERO BALANCE due on that day as confirmed by Josh (rather than the usual half-and-half), who assured my friend no more money would be requested on the other end. However, now upon arrival in California the mover, "Mike" -- who called at 1:30 am in the morning to announce an arrival the next morning, in a few hours -- is trying to claim that a "special truck" is needed to get up a winding street, and is threatening an additional unspecified charge because the items "may" need to be transferred to this "special truck." The location of the drop-off was known in advance, there is nothing unusual about the grade or width of the street. When trying to call the "Emergency" number to seek assistance, it rang thirty times with nobody answering and then simply cuts off. In the meantime, the furniture is still being held hostage as of 27 July, and the mover "Mike" in California will not answer phone despite numerous attempts, and claimed that the customer must talk to "dispatch," and refuses to give that dispatch number. The client still is awaiting a delivery of the items at no extra charge, per Josh's original assurance. The move started out well but got ugly at the end, once the items were in the mover's possession, in the kiind of shifty, pushy, and extortionist type manner more typical of moves in New York City. Only after another 300 dollar payment was the shipment released, and two boxes suddenly were never located and remain missing. I paid for part of this move, but would never, ever use this company again, and would STRONGLY question those who are considering to look elsewhere.

Excellent experience for initial move, guys were early and courteous. For delivery from storage, Movers USA accommodated us at the last minute.

Movers were careful and flow on the front end but marked extremely hard to get everything in and where we needed it.

This was probably the smoothest moving experience I have ever had. Everything arrived (a little earlier than expected, which was awesome) and nothing was broken. The movers were friendly & trustworthy. They helped us wrap large items we were unable to do ourselves. They called well in advance on the day they picked up our stuff in DC, so we would have time to get any last minute stuff into boxes; they updated us throughout the week to let us know their estimated day of arrival. They were very careful with our stuff. Also, one of my favorite things ? they labeled our boxes with numbers (on stickers), so we could keep track of our boxes. I have never had a moving company do that before. I have already recommended them to friends, and will continue to do so.
