Guys showed up around expected time and moved quickly. Guys were considerate and it was a very good experience.

Movers called the day before move with approximate time of arrival. Day of move, workmen arrive on time, moved furniture efficiently and quickly. All workmen were very courteous and helpful. Timing of move was important as we needed to coordinate the move of an elderly person. The office was also very easy to work with to schedule the move.

These guys are great! When we called to inquire about the move, Megan was extremely pleasant and helpful. That's why we initially chose Movers USA over the other Grade A providers we called. On the day of the move. Alberto called us when he and his crew were on the way. They couldn't have been more polite and conscientious. They carefully disassembled everything that required dis-assembly, wrapped everything in in moving blankets and carefully loaded it into the truck. They worked quickly and loaded the ruck in no time Once at Heartlands, they carefully moved everything into the third floor apartment, and placed it where my Father- in-law wanted it. Sometimes they, had to move it when more furniture was moved in, and they did that cheerfully. The whole thing took about 4 hours and the Movers USA team couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to work with. I have moved several times in my life, and this was the most positive moving experience I have ever had, largely due to the great Movers USA team.

They were on time, disassembled, and wrapped furniture, then unwrapped and assembled furniture in the new place. The whole process took 5 hours, including half an hour commute from the old place to the new place. Although Sarah gave me some discounts and honored Angie's List member discount, I still found the price a little high, but I was happy with the service I received. The truck they provided seemed much bigger than what was needed, which could have resulted in some cost savings. However, it is better to have more room for furniture and belongings than less.

I contacted Movers USA at the last minute for a full move (I lost my reservation with another AL mover). Movers USA was able to accommodate my date needed on short notice. The mover called the night before to confirm. The morning of, the driver called me to say they were on the way. They arrived a few minutes early (a good thing). I have real, heavy furniture (read not IKEA weight). They quickly and efficiently wrapped, secured and removed all the the furniture while maintaining a very a pleasant attitude. I did my own packing but they helped with subsequent wrapping of glass shelves, etc. When we arrived to the house, they did a quick run through of furniture placement and made suggestions. They helped me to fit my bedroom set in my small bedroom better than my initial plan would have. All furniture was placed, I did not have a single broken dish, nothing scratched. The move was efficient and they finished well within the estimated time. The workers were all dressed neatly, were polite and respectful of me and my belongings. I will recommend them to anyone and will use them again on a future move.
