Went very well. Gil was great in helping me with the information to make my decision. Jose and his crew, did a very good job on the pickup end.

The packing and loading went extremely well. They arrived on time and got to work immediately. They crated the delicate items and covered and safely packed the large items; e.g., mattress, kitchen table, TV's, etc. They then loaded all items, including the boxes we packed, onto the truck. They were very efficient and timely. Our belongings will be kept in storage until we are ready for them. The only issue we had was the truck driver did go off the driveway when they arrived, and messed up the lawn a bit, but they are scheduled to come back and make repairs soon.

Probably, the easiest part our move. Very easy to get in contact with and schedule an estimate. The estimate was came in a little higher than others that we received, but was much more detailed. On our moving day the movers arrived right on time and got to work. The were extremely professional and were able to put my stressed out husband at ease. We couldn't have been happier.

They were very professional to deal with throughout. They gave me a good price and held strictly to it. I did not pay for packing as most of the stuff was already packed in boxes. They packed it all up even more securely and did not charge me extra, which they well could have. At the end of the move, I had two small complaints: 1. they charged my son $75 extra at the end of the move because they had to use an elevator to get to his apartment and 2. the metal slats and support mechanism for his bed was lost in the move. They immediately refunded the $75 and, on their own, despite my not having bought insurance for the move, went to IKEA and got a new set of slats and support materials to replace what was lost and sent it to him. It fitted perfectly. I am a recent Angie's List Member. I am so glad I selected my mover through the List and so glad I picked Mover's USA for this move.

I sent Ms. Noy a copy of the printout from her website that clearly states my request was "received" and "appreciated" on Oct 27th. I don't know how she can claim she never got either of my requests. I sent them a request for an estimate through their online form on Oct 23 and stated that I was an angie's list member. I didn't get a response so I sent them another request for an estimate on Oct 27. Again, no response. It was just for a very small move, but I at least expected a response from a "super service award" winner. If the job was too small they could have at least responded and let me know that, but ignoring my request TWICE is just rude and unprofessional.

Everything was perfect-- they did a great job. All items arrived intact and undamaged

It went well. There were a couple dings on our furniture but nothing terrible which I think is to be expected with a move. Nothing was broken. They were fast and courteous.

The team showed up on time, were conscientious, showed concern for safety and cleaned up after finishing the work.

The team showed up an hour late because of the traffic, but worked very well, all day until the job was done. Very professional and very efficient.

Very good. They underestimated how much stuff needed to be packed. There was some additional fees but they were fine. We picked them because how well they communicated with us.
