Avoid this company like COVID19. The pool was installed in 2017 with a substandard plaster job. It is now 2020, and we are pursuing legal action against A and S. The A and S warranty department is deplorable and will do everything to stall your claim and pass the blame on to you. Be aware, they like to pull the water test trick and do a one time test to blame you for water discrepancies. How does a one-time test equate to three years of maintenance? If you live in the greater MD area, find someone else.

Overall 5 star rating. One person was not good. The scheduler - Bianca. -She was terrible with communication. I would leave many messages for her, and she would never call back. The Customer Manager was awesome. He called back right away, and answered all of our questions. All of the others were very kind and trustworthy. I was never afraid to leave them alone to do the work. The company has wonderful people and workers. Scheduler Bianca never called to let us know when the pool would be inspected or when it actually was inspected. It failed inspection. The issues were corrected last week. Again - the other scheduler was very good, however Bianca never contacted us at all about anything that we asked for.

The cost was too high for the job. They re-plastered my pool. 4 or 5 workers here for 6 hours. Cost = $6,000.

Would definitely recommend! Overall renovation of our pool by this company was great! They were very timely, cooperative with our requests, etc., and so far pool looks awesome; just finished work today! Refilling now! Only slight drawback was cost was a bit higher than was hoping and some sales pressure.

They were professional, courteous, and thorough. They have been around for a while and we had friends who had used them before. We hired them and they did a great job They stand by their product and are patient. We don't have anything negative to say about them. We recommend them to anyone.
