I contacted AbelAir on a Tuesday, and they serviced my fireplace unit on Thursday. The owner/technician was prompt and courteous. He was able to fix the problem with a simple cleaning, but he stayed an extra hour after the cleaning was complete to make sure that I was able to light the pilot light consistently without the same problem recurring.

Contractor arrived on time and was able to perform the work. had to provide the contractor the manual for the fire place so they could understand the set-up and where parts belonged. Scope of cleaning was expanded during the visit so the final cost was above the estimate. Project was to perform routine maintenance / cleaning to the fireplace.

Excellent service. Abel is capable and competent with many aspects of plumbing. We will be calling him in the future.

Excellent customer focused responses. I called for their services and they responded the next day. Very professional and communicated what as needed. I now have a working gas log insert that only needed repair instead of replacement.

He was excellent. Arrived on time and got the fireplace to work. Showed some items that might need to be changed on the future but did not pressure. When the time comes we will call him back to install a new fireplace.

He was EXCELLENT at everything. Honest, hard working, clean, professional. He explained what he saw as he inspected the unit. Checked everything, relighted the pilot. Spent extra time without adding to the basic price to clean my unit which hadn't been cleaned for a very long time. I was very impressed. . He could easily have misled me into thinking I needed more repairs, but he did not. NOTE: I learned that he does regular furnace units: maintenance and installation. I will likely have him back for that when it's time.

Abel contacted me to set up an appointment after I contacted him through Home Adviser. After a little miscommunication, Abel shower up to check out my fireplace. The moment he walked through the door I was impressed with his respect for my home. He put on shoe covers before moving past the entrance. He worked clean, explained everything and got my fireplace cleaned up and working. Very polite and friendly.
