I have been wearing hearing aids for over 3 years and my Doctor of Audiology moved and the company changed the way they do business. In my opinion who must have a highly qualified Doctor and company to be a successful and satisfied hearing aid patient. When my Doctor moved I was lost and I new it was going to be difficult to find one to replace her. I was very fortunate to find Clarity Audiology and Dr Lisa Bragg, who not only replaced my former Doctor but she exceeded all of my exceptions. Dr. Bragg is fantastic. She performed my hearing test, and thoroughly explained the results. She showed me the latest products and explained how far they have advanced since I last purchased aids. She addressed all of my questions and gave me a lot of information so I can do my own research. I had several questions that came up and I just e-mailed her and she provided all of the answers and very sound advice. I purchased the new hearing aids on March 30, 2018 and so far things are going well. Dr. Bragg will be performing all of the necessary adjustments and I am sure I will be hearing with comfortable hearing aids for several years. Just a quick not about the company, they offer competitive prices, have a great staff, use state of the art technology and they offer walk in hours to perform services without an appointment. They also provide the best service plan.
