The entire team was very professional, from Keith Miller, the inspector, to the office workers, to the workers who arrived at my home. The team arrived on time and finished sooner than I expected. Clean up was great, no mess left behind! We've had some major rain storms in my area and my basement is still dry! The prices are great. I had the same type of basement work done in '97 and was surprised to see that what I paid Basement Systems was not far off from what I paid back then. Great work, great team, great price.

Everyone was very professional and courteous. Since they were both waterproofing (installing a sump pump system) and finishing the basement there were two different crews but each one was knowledgeable and took care and time to show me every step they were making. There were a few times where communication from the head office was a little lacking but the team members themselves were great. I would highly recommend their services even though the price tag is quite high.

Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done

Had an old sump pump that was working ovetime and worried us with the heavy rains and high water table of the past few years. We decided to upgrade and go with a dual sump system that has the mainone and then a backup in the sump well that works if the main one fails. No problems so far and really happy we did this, the peace of mind was worth it! They were professional a courteous. Thanks, guys,

Had sump pit expanded and deepened and new pump installed. Work done on time, neatly, and efficiently. Did not disrupt our routine. Area is clean and upgraded. It is something that does not show itself, but we know the importance of this thing. We have an old, old field stone basement and water is always an issue. The new pit is larger and should cut down on wear for the pump, a battery backup system that give peace of mind for the power outages that come usually in heavy and crazy storms, as Baltimore sometimes gets these.

I had a great experience working with Basement Systems USA. These guys were very professional, hardworking, and clean. They told me exactly what I needed to do and I was glad I went with their suggestions. I always had leak issues and occasionally my old sump pump wouldnâ t even work. I can truly forget about it now even in the worst of storms. In fact, that happened the following weekend after they left! A big storm came through and we even lost power for a couple of hours.
