R. L Grant Hot Tubs Delivery, Relocation and Servicing

Buyer beware! Do not use this vendor! Came out and miss-stated that he had the correct part for a same day service to replace a pump. Never quoted initial visit cost and stated he would have to look at it first. Then proceeded quote double what other service techs are charging for what a circulation pump replacement service costs. Even though when scheduled originally he was told the circ pump was not functioning and needed to be replaced. He then said he would have to order the part after trying to install an incorrectly sized pump he had with him. We then received no updates so we checked with another contractor who quoted the service correctly. We then informed RL Grant that he needed to cancel any orders or services for us and he proceeded to tell us that we would have to pay $350 for his botched service day. (this is the total cost of a pump replacement service) We offered to pay him a $200 trip charge for his time since no services were ever provided that day. Nightmare!
