A very competent and knowledgeable person (David) handled our job. And did it very well.

The pro Jeeves sent was very professional and responsive to all my questions and suggestions. He was willing to try anything to get the result I was happy with. In the end it took removing the door, pulling out the rollers and cleaning them to get the proper result, but the door works as good as new now...turns out the resistance on the rollers was caused from years of dirt and grime buildup.

Jeeves was very efficient in contacting me and setting up the appointment. With the superstorm scheduled to hit on the day scheduled, they called to reschedule beforehand instead of risking not making the appointment. The job was well done! Dan was very knowledgeable about what he does,and was very professional. They cleaned up after themselves well. I would recommend Jeeves without a doubt.

Jeeves was the first to call me within 5 minutes of submitting my online request to ServiceMagic. This was two days after the major storm 6/29 and yet they scheduled a handyman to arrive 2 days later (one of those days was the fourth of July). The gentleman arrived on the dot of the scheduled time. He was equipped to make the storm damage repairs without having to leave to get tools or materials. He performed the necessary repairs excellently and professionally. He also removed the damaged debris. I would HIGHLY recommend Jeeves Handyman Services and will certainly use them again.

I had a broken kitchen cabinet drawer. I gave the pieces to the repair man and asked for replacement. The quote was for $500.00, a price I thought exceptionally high. I was told that they charged $120 per hour and the job took precision work. The drawer was returned today in a repair state (not replacement of parts) and the bill was for $500. I called, spoke with Mark and although he offered to take the drawer back and have it remade, I was so appalled by the unprofessional delivery that I opted to pay for the repair instead. He insisted the price was $350 for the repair. I paid this amount.

Setting up the appt was a very pleasant experience. Alex was very promt in returning my calls and scheduling the appt. Contractor was late. Didn't stay for more than an hour - I paid for 2 hours - and never offered any additional services or time. Small amount of trash left in the yard. He had me run to Home Depot to pick up additional screws (at MY cost) for installation of shutters and then took what was leftover of the screws with him. Neither the Contractor or his vehicle was marked or identified in any way that indicated he was with Jeeves. Disappointed.....

We were impressed that we were able to get a carpenter out to our home within an hour of calling on a Friday afternoon. The work was completed quickly with only minor cleanup.

Well done--showed up on time; finished a bit early; price acceptable.
