Overall it was extremely satisfying and since we still have a lot of items to remove, we will definitely use them again.

The experience was great from start to finish. I left a message and promptly got a call back to set up an appointment. I estimated I might need a full truck to haul the dirt. The owner siad they'd try to work with me on the price once they say the amount of stuff. The pickup team was running early and called to see if they could come earlier than our orginal appointment instead of just showing up unexpectedly. The pickup team were friendly, professional, and fast. The removed the dirt pile and trash - then swept up the alleyway. To their word, they said it didn't take up a full truck load and charged us a significantly lower price than originally quoted. They aren't the cheapest, but this is a case where you get what you pay for. Maybe even get more than we paid for.

They're just the best. They'll arrive when they say they will, they're really polite, they're clean, they take everything away, and the great thing is that they recycle as much as possible. They also give items from your home or office to organizations that will disseminate them to people in need. It's just a great service. I've used them six times.

I was very pleased with the ease they handled the difficult task. They were able to work in the very tight space and remove the couch quickly, without damaging anything. They had to move some items, but put them back into place after the couch was done. It was a task I thought would have taken me half a day or more, even with help, and they did it in less than an hour.

They came and looked at what I had. They determined how much it will cost on the spot, and then took it away. They were fast, nice, and really helpful.

I was looking for a company to haul away some old beat up desks, chairs, and other junk, and they came by in a timely manner, professionally and quickly, and did it for less than first estimated. Great work.

When I called for an appointment Frank (owner?) was very nice and explained exactly how they figure out what to charge. He told me that if Ihad more items than I mentioned that would add to the cost, so I was forewarned about possible increases in the fee. The day the men were due to arrive, they were caught in traffic and were a bit late but called to let me know they would be late. As I said, it was a rainy day and I knew traffic was bad all around the area. When it proved difficult to get our huge basement fridge out, they did not complain or say it would be so difficult but quickly worked out the best way to get the monstronsity out of our utility room. ALthough the final fee was somewhat higher than the estimate, that was because I kept adding more and more furniture for JITT to take. After carting out all sorts of furniture, appliances, and smaller items, and once the men had left, Frank called back to apologize for their being (very slightly) late and said he hoped that had not ruined my husband's and my day. (It had not.) I was very impressed with this company and would highly recommend them.

They were so great when I called, scheduling me right when I wanted it and soon after I called. Wonderful on phone. Called back to come out to house to see items before locking in the estimate. Very considerate of my schedule -- called several times to see if they could come earlier on the day the pick up was to occur, and that was fine with me. The workers were great. Very pleasant. Worked hard and efficicently, and were wonderful guys. Then the company called after the hauling to see if I was satisfied --how nice! I was extremely happy with their service. I did not give them all the items i originally thought i would, but swapped out for other similar sized items and they were fine with that. Also had a slight discount from Angie's List. Highly recommend them!

Great all around. I sent an email and got a phone call back within 15 minutes. He gave an estimate and we arranged to have my junk picked up a few days later. On that day, the two guys showed up right on time, looked at my pile of stuff, and confirmed the estimate that I had received on the phone. I agreed to the price, and they had everything hauled out within 45 minutes. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator, but they got everything out with no problem (and no extra charge). When they finished, they let me know that their estimate had been a bit high (based on the volume of stuff after it was loaded into their truck), and that the final price would be about $40 less than they'd thought. I appreciated the honesty, as they could easily have just charged me the amount I was originally quoted. Overall, it could not have been easier or more efficient.

Set up appointment very quickly. Called on the scheduled day to ask if it was OK to come earlier than scheduled. Were very professional, very careful of my house. Took the desks to Goodwill and sent me a receipt for tax purposes. They gave me a senior discount and an Angie's List discount. I didn't shop around for prices, so I don't know if I could have gotten this done cheaper. I wanted someone I could trust in my home so I relied on Angie's List reviews rather than getting competing bids.

They went above and beyond our expectations. They arrived within the hour that was scheduled, called to notify us of their arrival, worked quickly, and stuck to their original quote even though we had more material than they expected. They also will recycle all of the boxes and appliances we had. I will definitely call them again!

Great experience. The estimate was right on. The guy giving the estimate looked chagrined at the cost, but after 26 years in one place, we had a lot of junk. Mostly yard, a fallen down metal shed and interior debris left over from a renovation. The two guys that came out were really nice, took a look at it all and dove in. We have 13 steps leading down to the street and it didn't phase them. After three hours, it was amazing... why did I wait so long!?

They came in asked us what needed to go, hauled it out in a flash, good price and service. Be sure to call ahead to reserve time, they do a good business.

JITT was terrific! They gave me an accurate bid and honored the discount for Angie's List members. On the day of the service, JITT actually called to ask if they could arrive a couple hours early, which was perfect for my schedule. They were extremely polite and courteous and couldn't do enough to help. Bravo! I would recommend this company to everybody. It's wonderful not having the extra junk in my garage.

I actually didn't use the company, but had such a good customer experience I thought it worthy of a report. I was looking for a combination mover, and hauler, but mostly moving as it turned out. Frank was tremendously patient in explaining the various kinds of movers and what his company specifically did as their specialty (more hauling and recyclying than moving) but he was tremendously helpful in refering several service providers that I could use and that met my needs -- and he was pleasant in doing so! If the company's perfomance is any where close to their customer service attitude then I'm looking forward to giving them my future business when the opportunity arises.

Arrived very promptly a bit before the appointed time actually. Clearly knew how to do their job. There were two people.

I found them on Angie's List with great reviews. They honored the Angie's List discount which I appreciated. It was amazing. Both of the people that came were very helpful and polite. They called the house quietly since it was early on the weekend, they met me outside and loaded everything up. They were above and beyond all my expectations.

The price the haulers actually charged was less than both the estimate we saw on their website and the one quoted on the phone!

The two-man crew showed up punctually, worked carefully, and took care to avoid damaging the wall in the narrow stairwell. Frank Coyne was also very responsive and professional when I contacted him later. Would use their services again.

I called Junk in a Trunk & they gave me an estimate over the phone & said they could come by a day & half later. There were no extra charges for living in a third floor walk up & no complaints about getting my furniture around difficult corners. They were professional & courteous & their prices were extremely competitive. They let me know they might be able to come early & then they called to see if that time would work for me. I would definitely use them again.

My experience with them was very good. They were on time. They were polite. They did the work quickly. They cleaned up. I would recommend them and use them again.

In a word: Fabulous! After researching various junk removal companies on Angie's List, we contacted JITT on a Thursday and spoke with Frank. He gave a verbal quote (to be confirmed/adjusted as needed when truck arrived) of $250. He was able to offer an 8:30 A.M. slot the next morning, which we grabbed. Frank and his team called at 8:15 A.M. to say that traffic had been much lighter than expected and could arrive earlier, or if not convenient, they could hang out until later. We were delighted to have the earlier start time. Frank and his two colleagues were all very personable and professional. They took care of that sofabed and the other items as though they were empty cardboard boxes. He explained that the sofa could not be recycled, but the other items could be. He did ask if the grill was in working order (yes). Since our load was on the borderline of 1/6 and 1/4 load, and he forgot to confirm the quote in person, he gave us benefit of the doubt and the lower rate of $175 with the $10 off coupon for Angie's List members. This was completed in less than 20 minutes, and we now have space for our new grill and are thrilled that some of these items are not going directly to a landfill. Based on our experience, we understand why this company receives an Angie's Super Service Award.

Great. I requested the pickup via e-mail, Frank responded quickly and even sent someone by the house to do an estimate in advance. This is the second time we've used this company--the last time was after we finished our kitchen renovations. Both times, the truck arrived right on time, and we couldn't have been happier with the service.

They arrived right on time in the fun pink truck that had all the neighbors curious! Finished in 15 minutes, and didn't even blink about the heavy old cast iron sink.
