I called, left a message the was called back almost right away. Quoted me a price over the phone and took off $10 as I got their name from Angie's List. Said they could come on Thursday, which was only two days after I contacted them. They were to arrive betwaeen 8 and 8:30 am and came at 8:15. Two young men who were very polite. Removed a large, heavy TV from the second floor down and out of the house and into their truck. Carried another very heavy TV across the hall and into another bedroom and set it on a table. We will use them again.

Prompt, quick, efficient, friendly and honest. Great experience.

Frank and two great guys showed up at 8am on the dot. They were very efficient, polite,professional what had taken me a week to get organized was in their truck in 20 mins. they were done in half the time i thought it would take and I live in a condo so the elavtor slows you down as well. I called Junk in the Trunk and left a message. Frank called back soon after and we set up an appointment for them to come haul away junk two days later. Frank and co-worker showed up two minutes early, and were cheerful and professional. I showed them what needed to be done and they proceeded to do it quickly, cleanly, quietly, efficiently. They were careful about closing doors behind them and not making a mess in the house. One of the jobs was especially dirty (an old broken down shed full of yucky stuff. They cleaned and cleared it with amazing grace and good cheer. I highly recommend these guys to anyone with stuff that needs hauling away. They were awesome and I will use them again!

The Junk-in-the-Trunk guys were great. They quickly responded to my request for an estimate. They came to my house and provided the estimate. They were back 2 days later, as scheduled, and did all the work. Their final price matched their quote. They were professional, friendly, and efficient. I thought their price was very fair. It was less than I had been told was quoted to remove the junk in the alley when other neighbors had gotten quotes. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I needed to have a couch removed and it was going to have to be cut in half to make that happen. They moved furniture out of the way and put it to the side neatly and carefully. They cut the piece in half, removed all the little pieces of fabric and stuffing, and carried everything away. They came early and asked first if that was okay. They were mindful of my cat. It was an all around great experience. Easy, quick and professional. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I telephoned JITT mid week and they appeared right on time on Saturday -- two very nice guys and a truck - and got right to work. It turned out that there was a whole 10 inch layer of coal covering the floor of the storage area under the can. One of the guy's knocked on my front door and asked me to come out and look and let him know if I wanted to have him and his fellow worker remove it and advised me that since there was more coal in the area than we had initially estimated it would cost more to remove it. I was pleased that he had asked me before proceeding. I gave my okay. They did a great job. It rained almost the entire time they were working, and they got both wet and dirty completing the job. But they worked without a break for a couple of hours. I would use them again. I did not do comparison shopping on the price, but I was very satisfied that I got my money's worth. BTW - everything they haul away is taken to company that recycles whatever they give them.

They are punctual and do a great job. They really clean up the area when they come and don?t leave anything behind. I find their rates extremely reasonable.

They were very prompt in coming to the house to provide an estimate. They were able to fit us in their schedule quickly. The crew arrived on time and worked hard. They checked with me to make sure they had removed everything we had discussed. This will be the first company I will call for similar work in the future.

Both visits went well overall. The owner of the company was very responsive to my initial inquiries and talked to me to set up the jobs and give a price estimate (and that was always close to what the job actually came to). There was a few things missed during the second job, but someone came out again to fix that, so it was fine. All the employees I've met have been very professional and friendly. When I had large items removed from inside the house they were very careful not to bang the walls or scuff the floors. They worked carefully but quickly. Totally worth the money, I will definitely use them again.

Compared to other companies that I have used in the past, I think that Junk in the Trunk LLC Company is very reasonable. The people who came out were extremely personable. They didn?t wear uniforms but they were highly professional. I like the fact that they recycle junk and they tell you about it upfront. They also donate things that they think is appropriate to charity. On their website one is able to get a much better perspective on estimating price before hand, I like that. They then re-confirm the estimate. Also, If I?m not happy with the estimate at that time, I have an option of not choosing their service. They explain the estimate in a very good way. I like to get an idea of things before somebody shows up. All of that I thought was consumer friendly, user friendly and environment friendly. I would absolutely continue to use their services in the future.

I have used Junk in the Trunk 7 times since the beginning of 2011. Mr. Coyne hires only the nicest, most helpful and careful people. They moved out pieces too numerous to count including 4-drawer file cabinets, heavy wooden desks, etc. They always clean up the area after the items are removed. I will probably need them once more prior to moving -- I highly recommend them for their responsiveness and quality of work.

The company rep responded quickly to my call and the truck showed up on the dot. The rep and the haulers were professional, efficient and pleasant. Price seemed reasonable. One of the best contractor experiences I've had.

Arrived early. Two young men, up to the physical task. They were friendly, efficient, responsive to my requests. Priced fairly. Would definitely use them again.

They arrived 30 minutes early. They were a two man team. They were very friendly and personable. I took them to view the identified material to be removed. They said there would be no problem. They went right to work and were done in 1.5 hrs. They took me around to make sure they had removed all I had identified. They measured what was in the truck and presented me with the bill. It was less than I thought it would be.

JITT was on time, courteous, and efficient. I called them to remove the remnants of our old porch that we rebuilt late last summer. They were very easy to work with and their price was very reasonable. I would recommend using them.

Met with Frank to obtain an estimate for the work. He was prompt and very courteous. He called a couple days before our scheduled hauling appointment to confirm the time. His crew arrived at the appointed time and went to work as soon as we showed them what needed to be hauled. They removed things in an organized manner, quickly and efficiently. The crew were all very courteous and professional. The work took much less time than expected. Frank had estimated the correct number of crew necessary and trucks needed for the job and his cost estimate was spot on. It was a pleasure to have hired Junk in the Trunk and can highly recommend them.

I promptly received an efficient but very friendly phone call in reply to my message, and in no time, received a quote including a discount due to being an Angie's List member. Junk in the Trunk's young men came at the appointed time, they were very professional and polite, easy to work with and performed the removal without problems . . . and in a very short time. All in all, an excellent experience!

Great. I wanted to have the concrete removed soon. Contacted JITT on Wed afternoon and had a team at my house a few minutes after 8 AM on Thurs. They took about 1.5 hrs to move all of the concrete and clean up. Frank was extremely responsive by both phone and email and went out of his way to meet my time line. I met or spoke with four different employees, all of whom were extremely friendly and professional. This was a refreshingly positive experience.

How excited can you get over junk removal ? Ecstatic! Came in from out of town to haul away 25+years of the stuff I couldn't, wouldn't relinquish over the years. JITT staff were courteous, efficient, prompt and the cost came out to half of what I had expected! I didn't have to do anything except point to what was going v. staying -- The staff that came (Adam and Edwin) were very respectful of my property and told me what they could and couldn't take (paint thinner, varnishes -- hubby is a workworker...). Whether you are moving, renovating or just spring cleaning -- JITT is worth every penny -- especially when you consider real estate is going for $300+/sqft! The space you regain pays for the service. A great experience. Highly recommend.
