Junk in the Trunk was extremely professional and prompt. When getting the estimate for the hauling that I needed done, Frank was very happy to come over and look at the job. The price was fair and I felt no pressure to schedule the job right away - even though I did. The hauling job contained random things from yard waste, carpet, ceiling tiles, a box spring and even and old oven. When the work was done, the 3-guy crew did not waste time and were out within and hour or so. Everything was left spotless. This was a very impressive team. I'd highly recommend Junk in the Trunk and I will use them again.

The service was prompt right on time. Did a nice job of removing junk and swept up after removal. Also did a little extra work moving some heavy boxes. Would use them again.

Frank and Edwin arrived promptly and worked very efficiently to remove a bunch of yard waste, planters, garden junk, books, and miscellaneous items. They also moved 400 sq feet of heavy carpet tiles down into my basement and moved several boxes from the basement to other floors. Exactly what I needed! Would definitely call them again.

This is the second time we have used Junk in the Trunk. Both times, Frank and his crew arrived promptly and were waiting patiently for us. Communication was excellent, with phone calls letting us know when they would arrive. Frank walked around with us to see what needed to be hauled, then gave us an estimate of the cost. In both cases, they stacked and packed the truck tightly, and the final price turned out to be the same or less than the estimate. Very professional, congenial, and polite. They worked quickly and moved stuff I couldn't even lift. We will definitely use Junk in the Trunk if the need for hauling arises again, and would not hesitate to recommend them!

I highly recommend them. They called back right away, scheduled an appointment for two days later. Their rates are so affordable we were able to add in another old table and some window frames to the pile and they took pretty much everything we had to get rid of. They showed up on time, were very professional, super fast and took everything. Then swept up after the mess. Frank is easy to work with and this was a great experience. We've used other companies here in the area and these folks had the best deal and were the best to work with. We will definitely use them again.

We originally bought a Bagster to fill with construction debris as we remodeled our kitchen. After doing more research, we realized that the WM company couldn't pick the bag up from our yard because our yard was too small and our tree was in the way. Plus we were conserned about leaving boards filled with rusty nails out in our neighborhood overnight. So we decided to find a hauling company who could remove the debris for us. We were pleasantly suprised when we discovered that it was less expensive to have Junk in the Trunk come haul the stuff away than it was to pay WM's bagster collection fees AND it meant my husband and I didn't have to haul the stuff out to the yard ourselves. The haulers were prompt, professional, and VERY POLITE. The construction debris was located in the basement which has extremely narrow stairs and they did not complain (many contractors do) and were very careful to not scratch the wall. The estimate was spot on. They swept up everything before they left - including the basement steps AND they cleaned and swept the bagster for us! I was extremely impressed and will be using their services again soon.

They were punctual, friendly, professional, and helpful. They even helped me load some of my stuff into my car, without being asked. It was a very smooth experience, and I would definitely use them again!

Frank was extremely helpful and responsive in working with me to get this done on short notice. We exchanged several emails, and then he called for a final confirmation when a couple of the emails crossed paths in the ether and created some confusion. The day of the service, Frank and his team (two guys) arrived early and were waiting outside patiently for the scheduled time. I saw them outside and got the started early - which was great for me. They moved quickly and efficiently, and even cleaned up a few small pieces of random trash that had blown into the yard. They were in and out in 20 minutes and it couldn't have been less painless. Frank remembered to give me the Angie's List $10 discount without prompting, even though I had not mentioned it since my first email to him. I will definitely use JITT again. With access to cheap/free labor and a truck, one could have done this for less cash out-of-pocket. The all-in cost for a U-Haul truck would have been around $80, but I would have had to involve another person. A 20 minute, effortless event would have also turned onto a 2-3 hour task as I would have had to include pickups and returns of the truck, a trip to the dump and a bit of time-wasting with my friends. Overall, a fair exchange (but not a bargain), and I can still waste time with my friends...without having to lug around an 150 lb TV.

Very friendly, punctual service! My particular load of junk was the minimum price ($120) and through Angie's List we got a $10 coupon. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needed this service - as a landlord it's great to know I can rely on them since people moving out always seem to leave a ton of stuff after they leave.

They are always very responsive and do a great job. So far, all of the staff I have had experience with so far have been very professional and pleasant. They also have went out of their way to move a tenant out for me, who in my opinion was a hoarder.

Junk in the Trunk was recommended to me by a friend. I was very impressed by their commitment to recycling and donating, and their multiple awards for commitment to the environment. Their website was clear on their pricing and based on my own estimates I figured I had about 3/8 to 1/2 of a truckload. (I had looked at another company's website and Junk in the Trunk had slightly better prices AND a stated commitment to recycling/donating.) When I called to make an appointment, he quoted 1/3 of a truck and said that they do not charge for the "empty spaces" in bookshelves. He explained that they would provide another estimate when they actually came to the house for service and if I wanted to reject the price then, that would be fine. The appointment was scheduled for 2:30. At 1:00 they called my cell phone to say their other work ended early and they could come early -- I said I could be home by 1:45. They were there when I got home at 1:40 and expressed such appreciation for my flexibility on the time. The estimate was the same as what I was quoted over the phone, and they were just incredibly professional from start to finish.

They were fast. They were efficient. They were responsive. They were very pleasant. The owner of the company was very personable and also very professional. They charged us according to the amount of space that the trash occupied in their truck and I thought that was a very wise thing to do on their part. I would use their services in the future also.

Better than I could have expected....HIGHLY recommend this company!!! We just had a new fence installed and were concerned about the tear down/removal of the shed since it was within 4 or 5 feet of the new fence on two sides. Frank & Frank expertly took the shed apart and were exceedingly careful to ensure the fence wasn't damaged. They even removed a couple of annoying pieces of bamboo that were growing close to the shed (and which did not break my heart to see go) to make it easier to remove. While the price and the original job request were for the shed only, it occured to me while they were there that I needed the bench removed as well. I asked Frank about it and he gladly took that and some extra stuff from the shed that I no longer needed/wanted at no extra charge. More than just the work....they were SUPER friendly and professional. I am VERY glad I chose this company and would do so again in the future without hesitation.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Frank and Frank were pleasant, punctual, professional, responsive, and thorough. They moved a huge and unwieldy roll top desk down a large flight of stairs with awkward corners without any damage or delay. They asked us before removing a door so they could move the desk out of the room, and replaced it with no problems whatsoever. We could not have been more pleased with JITT's service and are very happy that they can either donate or recycle our items. Just wonderful...we have already referred them to all of our neighbors!

My mother was very impressed with the service and said the 2-man team that arrived (Frank and Frank) did a "fantastic job". They were very polite and professional, and completed the job within 1 hour. She noted they were very careful to close the door(s) behind them each time they left the house. They also offered to assist her with getting a door back on its hinge. Within 2 hours after the job was completed, I received an email from Frank Coyne with the final invoice attached. I called Junk in the Trunk and left them a voicemail. I also called a few other companies and all had voicemail answering. Junk in the Trunk is the only one that called back. They were very polite on the phone and offered to do the service as soon as a day after tomorrow. They promised to be there 8:30 am and they were there exactly at that time. The guys who showed up were very courteous and quick. They provided the estimate, and once I accepted they started working immediately. They removed the satellite dish and even dug out the cable from the ground and unscrewed the box on the house. All of this without adding a single cent to the estimate. Furthermore, they mentioned the $10 Angie's List discount without me having to say anything. Most importantly, these guys are honest. They gave a good overview of the estimate on the phone, and when they showed up the estimate didn't feel like they were trying to jack it up. Most importantly, they took out the $10 coupon without me saying anything. I will most definitely hire these guys again for any other job I have that they're willing to do.

Found Junk in the Trunk on Angie's list. Was impressed with the reviews they received.decided to give them a call. Heard back from Frank the owner Frank and set up an appointment to meet that Saturday. Frank was on time. He is a very easy person to work with. After seeing each room he gave me the cost based on how many trucks he would need to use. If not all were needed price would be lower. Received an email to confirm the price of $1620.00 and date within 48 hours. Frank was on time and got right to work with three other workers. My father was a hoarder so the amount of clutter and furniture for me was overwhelming. They started at 7:45 and finished a little after 1:00. They cleaned out the whole basement which runs the length of the house. Removed bags of trash, furniture from the upstairs. Once finished they even swept the floors. All I can do is smile. If I need to have anything hauled away of that magnitude again Frank will be hearing from me.

They came on time, were polite, professional, and thankfully swift.
