Description of Work: They were not able to solve the problem; I don't personally think he wanted to. I had a leak in my basement apartment's ceiling, and I wanted it located and stopped. He could or would not pursue solving the problem. I finally hired and paid another person (NOT FROM ANGIE'S LIST) to fix everything. I am not at all impressed by this company. A HUGE WASTE OF MY MONEY!

Description of Work: First of all, we had been renting our house for 2-1/2 years and had just moved back in. The renters never said anything about leaks, but there were spots on the ceiling below the bathroom. I didn't have much hope this antiquated bathroom would be useable without a total redo of the plumbing. Christian worked on it and managed to get both the sink and the bathtub draining. He also reset the toilet (my husband installed) which was barely bolted to the floor. I was afraid we were going to be going into the plaster wall and replacing the pipes, but Christian couldn't find any leaks. He was courteous, knowledgable, and it didn't turn out costing nearly as much as I expected!

Description of Work: Two year old water heater had stopped working. No obvious reason and no warranty support. Technician and I did some head scratching together and then he did the detective work necessary to track down the less than obvious loose wire. Did the necessary securing of the loose wire and tightened the others and the water heater was back in service. I have used Len the Plumber in the past and will do so again in the future.

Description of Work: Len the Plumber came the same day we called after another company failed to show. The tech was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to repair a leak behind a shower wall very efficiently. We had used Len the Plumber a number of years ago with the same excellent service. We highly recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs.

Description of Work: We were having trouble with a basement pump. The technician efficiently identified and resolved the problem. The technician took his time and tested the pump when finished to make sure everything was in good working order. I was very satisfied with the technicians efforts and will not hesitate to call Len the Plumber in the future.

Description of Work: Cleared major clog originating in kitchen sink, Re-plumbed below kitchen sink, replaced an old pipe in basement that was leaking. Extremely professional work.

Description of Work: The main water pressure regulator to one of my rental properties was leaking, slowly flooding the basement. I was on vacation and was not able to correct the problem, so I called Len. They are a little expensive, but the job was done very well, they came right away, and they were very professional.

Description of Work: We were charged $813.00 to fix a toilet seal. After we paid the gentleman who completed our work, we contacted the company and they apologized saying "he used an old price sheet." The bill was lowered to $388. None of the pricing charged was what was quoted prior to the work. Feel this company lacks integrity.
