Description of Work: They came very quickly, and confirmed that my well pump had to be replaced. They could not do it until the next day, which was a Saturday. They told me exactly how much the cost would be. They arrived on time, and performed the service in a timely and professional manner.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 toilet fill valves and one cutoff valve at toilet. Installation was quick and professional, but one valve was set to the wrong height (too low) and the plumber had to return to adjust ... which he did promptly. | |After I got this service, I got quotes from other plumbers that were about $100 less for the same work. My fault for not getting competitive quotes first. | |While I would use Len the Plumber in the future as their work was of good quality and they were very quick providing same day service, I would likely use another source as Len's prices appear to be on the high side.

Description of Work: I had a pipe burst the day my son graduated. I called and they had someone at my house within a few hours. The gentleman cleared the main line leaving the house so our plumbing would work. A few days later they sent someone else out with a camera to scan the pipe and they found that tree branches were blocking the pipe. I ended up getting that fixed through them as well and they had it all done in one day. Their expertise and knowledge really helped ease my stress during an already stressful time. I would totally recommend them.

Description of Work: We had a leak in our copper pipe, they came out same day, found the leak and replaced a piece of pipe where the leak was. They were very quick and efficient. They quoted a price on the phone and that was the price we paid.

Description of Work: Had a stopped up bathroom sink. Luckily I had a second bathroom, because they could not come for a week. It was during the extreme cold spell and there were many people with frozen/burst pipes in there home. The one thing I did not like was attempt to get me to have them do other things, such as replace some of my sink fixtures.

Description of Work: Replaced High Pressure well tank. Rerouted to alternate location in house. Work was great. Identified another issue with line from well to house. They arranged for this coming wednesday 7/29 to have a sub contractor to perform the underground tunneling of new well line and Len The plumber will be present to connect and also install a new hot water heater.
